Family

    Compared to Luce’s life l have kinda the same problems, but I can’t possibly die by my father other than sadness l am completely fine!

    Not so long ago before when l was in my body as Lily, I lived with my father and sisters in my fathers mansion. My father had three different wives The first one Amelia gave birth to me. The second one Isabelle gave birth to Ruby. And the third and last one Margaret gave birth to Rose and Elizabeth. In the end all of them died. I never met my mother, but I saw a picture of her once and she was beautiful.Even tho she was a low class worker, all her friends say that she was kind and lovely. I wish l could meet her!

   Well l might’ve had three legal sisters but l considered two of them like unknown people. I was never in good terms with Elizabeth and Rose they were awful people and they made me feel like scum every day , just because my mother was a low class worker and not a high class one like their mother. On the other hand Ruby was the nicest person l knew and she always made my day better! She didn’t even have the same thought about my mother like the mean sisters and her mother was a literal VIP. Me and Ruby were inseparable since she was born.

     Now because my mother was a low class worker and my father never loved me, l think l was  a mistake. Ruby always told me not to hear any word that the mean sisters said out of their mouth, but still they kinda had a point to think that my father never loved me, after all he and l have talked twice in our whole lives! I don’t know if he loved mother because l have never talked to him about that after all even if we talked twice it was about my university and a fight.  He acted like l never existed so l think mother didn’t mean anything to him.

    So one of the times l had a conversation with father, it was about fight with me and the mean sisters. A day before l would start university my mean sisters got me real mad because they were talking trash about Ruby. That was the only thing that could drive me crazy mad. So l grabbed a baseball bat in the gym and l broke it over their head. Their heads started to bleed and l don’t know what happened, but after a weak they were okay and father was angry. So he said that l was not allowed to even have one step inside his mansion and he meant it. He wouldn’t care as long as his daughters were okay and laughing.

    After that l settled down in my dorm room and continued my life as nothing happened. I already had a job because l didn’t have a big allowance and couldn’t cover up for my clothes and stuff.

     When I started to read that novel, I noticed that me and Luce had a lot in common.  For example: My family’s names were the exact same with Luce’s family’s names along with their status and life except my name with Luce’s but other than that my life was the same as hers. Her relationship with Ruby, the mean sisters, father etc…. When l read that it teared me up and l was really sad!
