Dragon Eyes

The dragon laughed. "What's so funny?" the girl from the previous chapter's flashback asked. 

"Slay me?" the dragon asked cockily; laughing some more and rolling across the literal void around them.

"Y-yes!" the girl shouted. The dragon glared at her and she backed away.

"You're nothing." he growled before spitting a wave of electricity; obliterating several galaxies. The girl frowned to then be slapped away by a laughing dragon.

"We spent our time destroying all life that we encountered." the dragon remarked watching present Ane who sat in the seal; hands folded.

"I...did that? Why would I even do such a thing!?" Ane yelled frowning.

"The same reason as me." the dragon replied.

"And that is?" Ane inquired; staring closely at the dragon.

"For entertainment." the creature responded; smirking. Ane's face twitched from rage.

"Entertainment!?" he shouted furiously. The dragon's smirk grew.

The dragon was strolling through the middle of space in his shrunken form and a huge blast suddenly hit him but he didn't even budge. The dragon turned to the area the blast came from. "Who's trying to tickle me to death." he said; itching the shoulder hit. A gigantic ship with a huge blaster in front of it became visible and the dragon merely turned away and continued gliding through space until a galaxy came in sight. "The Milky Way." the dragon remarked. He then turned right to another galaxy and smirked. "The Choco Way." he said before mercilessly kicking the second galaxy out of sight. He then eyed the Milky Way as he shrunk down further and tried to enter it's atmosphere.

"Just let it happen. I want to see what has them so resolved." Ane's voice called as the dragon reacted to something behind him. The dragon was suddenly sucked back into space and magnetized to the ship he ignored. A being walked onto his shoulder.

"You think everything works your way; huh?" a feminine voice remarked.

"Huh? What is this?" the dragon inquired turning to see the girl from earlier but older and now she had some mechanical limbs and an eyepatch. "Should I know you?" the dragon asked.

"It's no surprise you don't remember me. My name is Sydney and I came here to begin something...great!" the girl exclaimed with a grin.

"Something great?" the dragon queried to then laugh. "Did you really disturb my fun for "something great". If you wanted something great you'd have let me work!" he growled; cackling.

"You Are quite amazing. Destroying galaxies as if they were mere glass." Sydney said nodding. The dragon remained silent and over one million cloaked figures appeared before him. 

"Red Elemental Style: Leech!" they yelled simultaneously. Blood surged from the dragon's eye.

"Fuckkkk!!!" he roared; holding his face and stepping from the ship with ease.

"So you could've stepped away. It seems your cockiness will be the beginning of your end." Sydney said; smirking.

"Damn it!" the dragon exclaimed. "I'll kill you!" he threatened as he vanished using dark teleportation.

Present Ane laughed. "That was sad!" he insulted; rolling about the water. The dragon lunged a claw and Ane sunk into the water to avoid it. He then rose out of the water a safe distance fro the dragon who glared back. "I-Is that all?" Ane asked.

"We spent a couple years away from this area and then we finally returned to find out what was done with my blood." the dragon began.

Full Ane was flying through space and eyed a small galaxy. "This is the galaxy. Expected something grander." he said calmly. A man appeared besides Ane and placed a sword to his neck.

"Sate your purpose of passage." the man said to be punched in the gut by Ane. The man tore apart from the attack and the stars aligned behind him seemed to vanish from the sky. "So weak." Ane whispered; turning to then be overwhelmed by an aura. "What is this!?" he yelled.

"There's no mistake. That's my power." the dragon called from within Ane. The man morphed into water which then dripped to nothing. Ane reappeared on a roof the exact way he teleported out and stared around at the dome he was now in and then at people hard at work below. 

"What is this place?" he whispered.

"The dome? An experiment." Sydney stated as she appeared next to him. He calmly rose to his feet. "Before you use your dragon powers; think. What effect do you think your actual dragon powers would have here? Do you think it'd benefit you more than me?" Sydney inquired. Ane hesitated and sat back after.

"What's your plan here?" he whispered; clasping his hands.

"A new generation has emerged and this gen shall end you and that dreaded Red Dragon. It's the beginning of your end!" Sydney exclaimed; smiling psychotically. 

"Is that so?" Ane asked; eying the woman. "What guarantees that this new generation shall be able to take me down?" he questioned. A buff teenage boy with silver hair and yellow eyes who was wearing a white jacket, grey shirt and white jeans who was carrying a huge sword flew down to Ane from where he came. Ane turned slightly to see everyone in the dome now watching him. "What's this?" he thought. Everyone in the dome except Ane and Sydney blinked to reveal their dragon eyes. "What the..." Ane began to be hit in the stomach with the sword's handle; spit flinging from his mouth as he fell back. The buff boy then kicked Ane to the side of the dome.

"End this Corey." Whitney commanded as she walked away.

"Don't get cocky!" Ane yelled; activating his dragon eyes. His elemental energy got sucked away by the dome causing his eyes to deactivate. Ane eyed his hands frowning.

"Oh, the dome absorbs the dragon's energy when it grows too powerful. So his pure energy will always be deemed so. It was to stabilize their eyes but....too bad for you." Whitney called; smirking viscously.

"Tsk." Ane thought as he rose to his feet. Corey shot at him and sliced. "I gotta use my own elemental energy." Ane thought. He got slashed and slammed into dome by the strike from Corey and he eyed himself to see his energy get absorbed by the dome. "My elemental energy is too condensed with the dragon's. I can't even use it. Damn it!" he thought; punching the dome. Cory stabbed the ground and electricity pierced from it at Ane who ducked to be kicked into the electricity by Cory. Ane got electrocuted and then lifted by Cory who then sent him up and fired a punch. Ane held the dome and pushed himself upwards from the fist and Cory's punch broke straight through the glass. Everything seemed to pause and then get sucked out; including Ane who folded his arms impatiently.

"I'll be back and I'll kill every last one of you." the dragon growled calmly as Ane got launched away. Cory held his sword which was stuck in the ground; keeping balance as he stared calmly at the hole which then cloaked itself.

"So that explains how the "dragon eyes" spread." Present Ane said; holding his chin thoughtfully.

"And I made a vow to kill those who bare those false eyes. I tend to keep my promises!" the dragon growled as his aura spat from him and wrapped around Ane.

"Not again!" Ane thought as he fell into the water where he then lifelessly sunk; the dragon's laughter in his head.

Ane stood outside on all fours and the dragon's aura flooding around him. He growled; revealing his fangs and clenched the ground with his claws before roaring at Iy.
