Chapter 3:

Forgotten Eyes

Lost Souls

My days at school were getting less and less interesting and more filled with death threats and suicidal thoughts. Until the day when Cali transferred into this school. Her coming here was a perfect gift and a curse at the same time. I did in fact love this adorable girl with her short hair her lisp and her petite body. But most of all I loved her wide emerald green eyes. They held something, and that something was the most amazing thing in the world to me. Her voice was like smooth vanilla ice-cream. Her hair was an amazing mix of brown and blond. The way she looked up at me when we snuggled was what I was living for, but as the school saw it she was just another piece of meat for them to harass, and I Could never let that happen. She was mine, and I wanted to protect her till I died.

Cali ran up and hugged me almost knocking me out of my desk. I kissed her forehead and she blushed in my arms. "Hey, Teach, can Cali sit with me since we don't have any extra desks?" I looked into the teacher's eyes with a look of pure hatred. "O-of course that would on-only make s-sense right?"

"Hey, B, why is everyone glaring at you?" Cali looked over at me. I sighed and accepted that I might have to punch people in the face today. "Well, Cali, you are the most adorable, loving, oblivious, klutz in the school, and we both love each other. But these idiots only think of you as a piece of meat to do anything with." "Well, you gonna lemme at em', B?" I looked at her and her face was set. "We'll get'em together."

"Cali, I love you, more than you could ever know."
