“This is where we part ways inside, you can register to be an adventurer, make money and form your own party.” (Claire)

“Yeah...” (Chandler)

I was really hoping to permanently stay in a party with this girl, she seems to be capable in combat, smart, and not to mention she’s also beautiful. I guess all good things must come to an end.

Claire opens the double doors to the guild slightly, and then looks back at me.

“Well Chandler, best of luck to you.” (Claire)

She walks into the building and closes the door behind her.I get a menu pop up on the top left of my vision.

<Claire, Level 18 has left the party>

Damn I’ve been shut out. Having a harem of girls seems impossible right now.

I also walk into the guild, and I am instantly overwhelmed and amazed at all the different adventurers socializing amongst themselves. There are so many adventurers here.

I spot a what appears to be a receptionist counter. My first goal should be to register as an adventurer.I walk up to the counter and see a young brown haired woman in professional clothes, she then notices me.

“Wow you are wearing some strange clothes, and they are all bloodied. Anyways welcome to the Willows Den branch of the adventurers guild, how can I help you?” (Receptionist Lady)

“I was hoping I could register as an adventurer.” (Chandler)

“Ok, if that’s the case could you please put your hand on this crystal ball?” (Receptionist Lady)

The Receptionist points at a crystal ball on the counter, and I put my left hand on it as I was instructed. The ball then begins to glow blue slightly, and the Receptionist holds a piece of paper next to it.The ball projects some writing on the paper, and I remove my hand.

The Receptionist then proceeds to read the paper.

“Hmm... Chandler Brown, Level 2...” (Receptionist Lady)

So it seems she has all of my information on that paper. That crystal ball trick is pretty interesting. I wonder...

“Does that crystal ball reveal magic aptitudes?” (Chandler)

“Yes... it appears you specialize in defense magic, and have an overall low magical aptitude.” (Receptionist Lady)

NO! God damnit, I wanted to become the ultimate sorcerer! Why does this world have to be so cruel!?

The Receptionist smiles reluctantly at my expression.

“Anyways Chandler, I’ll have you registered as a copper ranked adventurer in the guild.” (Receptionist Lady)

She hands me a copper adventurer badge.

“This badge signifies that you are in fact an official adventurer of the guild, you also have the opportunity to rise through the ranks of the adventurers guild. Welcome to the adventurers guild Chandler.” (Receptionist Lady)

“Cool, thank you.” (Chandler)

I grab the badge and walk away from the counter.Now I should form my own party to do quests with. I’d prefer an all female party, so I could form my own harem.I spot two good looking female adventurers, one is a blonde with long hair, the other has short black hair.I decide to approach them to start a party with them. Harem time her I come!

“Hey ladies, would you two be interested in forming a party with me?” (Chandler)

The blonde girl suddenly looks disgusted, and she definitely has something to say.

“Ew, what the hell? This disgusting fat fuck covered in blood wants to be in a party with us?” (Girl 1)

The black haired one also has some words.

“He is also holding a copper badge, he’s probably pretty pathetic too. He was probably drooling over us with perverted thoughts, absolutely disgusting!” (Girl 2)

The two girls look to each other and begin laughing.What the hell is so funny? These girls are total bitches!

A built man with spiked up blonde hair, and bulky black armor with a great sword on his back joins the scene

“Hey Jashar, this disgusting copper ranked fat ass wants us in his party, what a joke right?” (Girl 1)

The guy called Jashar smirks a little.

“What a fuckin’ idiot, does he realize the three of us are already in a party. Listen up fat boy, you’ll never have what I have, now fuck off!” (Jashar)

Jashar takes his two whore adventurers, and they get up and leave. What a fucking asshole!

“Not everybody is kind, and welcomes new adventurers, how unfortunate.” (???)

I look over to who just commented on the scene and it is a young black haired man with glasses sitting nearby, sipping green tea from a tea cup in a sophisticated manner.

“Yeah, they where complete assholes.” (Chandler)

“Yes, indeed. My name is Hideki, nice to meet you new adventurer.” (Hideki)

“Nice to meet you too, my name is Chandler” (Chandler)

“Really, us adventurers should work together in preparation for the upcoming demon army invasion.” (Hideki)

Huh, demon army invasion, I haven’t heard about this yet, though it is not a surprise.

“Can you tell me about this demon invasion?” (Chandler)

“Of course, the Devil King, publicly sent a declaration of war to all three of the great nations, letting everyone know war was on the horizon, how troublesome.” (Hideki)

“That doesn’t sound good, how long until this invasion happens?” (Chandler)

“Don’t worry too much right now, many predict the invasion won’t occur for another couple of months, it seems the demon army still needs to prepare.” (Hideki)

That’s good, I’ll have time to level up before this invasion actually happens. I wouldn’t mind a Devil girl in a harem, however I have a feeling these devils aren’t like the kind I’m thinking of. Hideki reaches into his pocket and pulls out a small bottle with a red liquid in it.

“Here you can have this small potion of vitality, it may not be much, but I hope this helps you in your endeavors, new adventurer.” (Hideki)

He hands me the potion.“Thank you, it’s appreciated” (Chandler)

“Good luck adventuring.” (Hideki)

Hideki picks up a book and continues to sip his tea, and I walk away. Damn, finding party members sure is hard.I then run into a familiar face.

“Hmm, it seems you are having trouble starting a party...” (Claire)

“Yeah, it’s not going quite as well as I thought it would.” (Chandler)

“I guess, we can form a party again for the time being. We both benefit anyways, you boost my XP gain, and I lend you my power.” (Claire)

Really? She wants to be in a party with me? She’s been really helpful so far, that’s an offer I can’t decline.

“Sure, I would like it if we could join up once more in a party.” (Chandler)

I pull up my menu and select the party option, then I invite Claire to a party.She accepts, and we have once again formed a party.

“It’s going to get late soon, we should eat, and rest up at the nearby inn.” (Claire)

Huh? It’s already going to be late soon, I guess we should go eat, and sleep. I wonder how the food of this world tastes?

“Sounds like a good idea.” (Chandler)

We arrive at the next door inn not too much later.We take a seat at a table to order food.A boy comes over to us, after seeing that we have taken our seats.

“Welcome to the Willows Den Inn What can I do for you two?” (Server Boy)

“We will each get a cooked boar meal with waters, and could we also get two rooms for tonight?” (Claire)

“Of course, I’ll have your food and rooms prepared, that will be 112 copper.” (Server Boy)

Claire pays the server the required money, and he leaves.Damn I don’t feel right having a girl pay for me, I need to make some money soon as an adventurer.

“Are you sure about paying for me?” (Chandler)

“It’s no problem, really. Just let me use the schmonin later.” (Claire)

Damn it, I bet half of the reason this girl is in a party with me is so that she can use my vape. Well whatever.

“So Claire, I was wondering how old are you anyways?” (Chandler)

“I’m 16 years old, why?” (Claire)

“Just curious.” (Chandler)

As we where talking, the server comes back with our meals. Wow the food looks and smells really good, I’ve actually gotten pretty hungry since I haven’t eaten yet since I’ve gotten here. We eat our meals and it ends up tasting as good as it looked.

About 45 minutes later, we each settle into our respective rooms.I put my phone, vape, badge and potion on the desk.I then hop onto the bed and lay down exhausted from adjusting to this new world.

I scratch my ass and think about what’s been happening.It really happened, this isn’t a dream, I’ve actually been isekai’d. And I also have a cute girl as my first party member, things seem like they are going to be good from here on out.I can’t wait to do my first quest and raise my level.

I should probably get cleaned up. Since I’ve been informed that there are hot springs out back, I may as well take a quick dip tonight while there aren’t a whole lot of people bathing.

I put on a bath towel and head down to the bathes.I’ve never done public bathing before, because of my otaku knowledge, I know it is a very common thing in places like Japan.I see two baths, one with a red curtain, and one with a blue one.Which bath to go into?

I decide to enter the bath with the red curtain.It seems like there isn’t really anyone in here. I approach the water in my bath towel and get ready to bathe.

But all of the sudden I spot a naked girl, it is Claire! Now that I get a good look, even though she is slightly short, she has a pretty sexy body, and a nice round butt.
