AFTERWORD

So that's it for the 3rd Arc of my work.

Actually, I may have said it on the previous volume, but Book 14 is really just a continuation of Book 13.  When I wrote it, the word count went way past the 50k-70k limit for light novels, so I had no choice but to cut Volume 13 into two separate books.  Not only did it satisfy my goals of not going over 100k words per volume, it also 'elaborated' on the events after Kuro and Noir's unification of Cherflammen, leading to the 'main event' of the entire plot of the Saint Series.

Well, as for now, I'm still struggling to redo the artworks I lost with new series of illustrations, as I'm currently in training for some new stuff in real life (as I am a teacher in the Philippines, they require a lot from us for a meager compensation).  However, I'm already at the cover arts of Arc 2, and hopefully, I'll be tackling on the illustrations for Arc 3.  

Heh, I still got the back covers, character introductions and prologue inserts in queue, so I guess I'll be busy this coming holidays.

In any case, you might wonder, is this the end?  I won't say anything, but yes, something ended with the last chapter of Arc 3.  Is there an Arc 4 and 5?  Well, there's even an Arc 6, though it'll be the shortest among the arcs of my main series.  Hopefully, you'll stay with me until then.  I mean, it's not the best story out there, but I did my best in writing and avoiding 'easy and lazy' paths to satisfy my readers and write a coherent story as much as possible.

P.S.:  Some of you may wonder where are my other novels, 'DECK' and 'Ballad of the School Hallways' went.  My answer is, I took them down for a while.  See, one of my pet peeves is that my books are not arranged properly (kind of scared I'd confuse my readers too), so while I'm focusing on the Saint Series, these stories will remain unpublished in this site.

Really, if only HoneyFeed can implement the rearranging of the novels you've written, it'd be much better.

Besides, with my focus and energies going to my main project, I don't think I can write the manuscripts for the next volumes of those stories anytime soon.  Anyhow, thank you for your understanding and support to this old romantic.

Edit:  I'd like to offer my apologies, for I just realized now that I haven't published the afterword for this volume.  Things got too busy with me trying to make a new series of covers during the holidays of 2022, after I stupidly deleted my entire HDD of illustrations and manuscripts (by formatting).

In any case, as of the time I'm typing this additional information (January 24, 2023), I'm already  approaching the end of my Volume 15 manuscript.  Hopefully, I'll be able to release it, come February and after my usual 'three-edits system'.
