Chapter 26 - weekend island holiday

I woke up, while being tied from them, Amin and Hazlan is also being tied by them. The girls however is enjoying the bed with the three of them together. But they sleep in their bathrobe!! 🤯While Mariam is wearing simple t shirt and tight shorts. Her bad bed head. Amin is snoring, and Hazlan sleep peacefully while being tied with a rope.

“Honey please don’t use me as a club….” Amin is having a nightmare or a pleasant dream?, his perverted look say otherwise. He must have love it. What a masochist.. 😓

Trying to untie this rope with my tooth, come on!! I want to escape here. A bit more… Tama went out from the toilet and she is naked again!!🤯

Instantly she drop kick my face. But this time it didn’t hurt as much and I manage to overcome it instantly make my escape.

“WAIT BIG. BROTHER DON”T YOU RUN!!!!” This is what I called an early morning exercise

I run as fast as I could and jump down the stairs, she is still chasing me to the resort park. I saw behind Hana is holding a broom stick. She throw that broom stick like a spear and it stick to the coconut tree. Her face is really wanted to kill me.

“Calm down Hana, lets not do anything crazy in this fine morning okay?”

“Die…” Hana just said that word, oh shit.

She just kick me and I block it. That is a really mean kick.

“Alright!! Let us train here!!”

“Die…Big Brother!!!!! I’m going to remove that evil scent from the bad girls!!” Do I smell?

Her Savate move is really a reflection of Natalie. She throws her punch and kick combo at me. She does the flying kick. And she does the kick combo again and another roundhouse kick. She is really good now at fighting.

She jumps at me and headbutt me. Ouch that hurt. But she is also hurt.

“Don’t do headbutts unless your head as hard like me!!”

“Die…Big Brother!!” Why does she always said that!!

She does a sweep and I fall down.

“Big brother gotta be serious now..”

“Die…big brother and I’m going to cleanse big brother from the dirty hands of the bad girls there!!!”

She did another roundhouse kick and pick her legs and throw her out.

She recover from the air, and start kicking me from air!! nice.!!

“Better get ready!! Here goes Big Brother’s turn!!” This is another training for her, her mental strength

I position myself into boxing mode. My gaze towards her, she suddenly scared

“Squirt better get ready!!” I straight punch her only been block by someone

“Oh sorry…we’re having a spar…” he is also wearing a sports wear. Hana seems worn out from the fight.

He instantly give a jab, that is a quick jab. My nose bleed.

A straight punch and he dodge it, countered with his jab again, I block it, the is less painful compared to Teacher though. His punches is like a machine gun. I block it.

“Good job child your could hold on my punches, Victoria couldn’t do it..”

“Really I better be careful then” I hold it while he continued his punches

“I know that you could punch child…” he does love to pissed someone

I instantly punch him and he pull back

“That is a mean punch, if a normal person could have knocked out”

I felt an excitement, my blood is boiling. I’m really want to test him really bad now.

“That smile on your face, is what your true self…you could not hold that yet son…”

I punched him really hard, all I know that I’m really getting my emotions getting to the better of myself. I’m getting high from my own adrenaline here.

Hana look really scared of me

“Big brother!! Stop it!!”

I punch him again,

“This punch could kill a person…” the first time in my life I could not control myself, its really scary. I could realise myself trying to kill him

The old man slip down

Thats it body, I’m going to take control it. I punch myself to my face, a direct hit to my face, and shaken my head really hard, ringing sound to myself. My vision begin to blur and I fainted.

Once I wake up, Mr Newman and Hana is with me

“Ah sorry Hana…I dont mean to scare you…” Hana is avoiding me, I know that is my fault.

Some secrets are meant to be a secret, I understand Mr Newman feelings now.

Kinda sad to hear that, maybe that is the reason for her living here.

Hana is sleeping right now. I carried her, and Mr Newman return to his room.

“son..I’m really glad you befriend Victoria. Least I know that she is in safe hands”

He waved goodbye while I carried Hana back home, but I got bruises in my face how the hell am I going to explain to mom?

I reach the room and Mom and Sam is there

“Let me assume, that you going on a brawl?”

“Really….look like she is really tired”

“Mom is going back to office with Tama as well seems they wanted to meet Tama…”

Mom give me some money, like a lot and Mom kiss my forehead and I kissed her hand while holding her hand. She leave immediately with Tama. Now I had a problem with my bike in the resort wondering how the hell am I going to give them a ride. But whatever.

Once Hana wakes up, we head for breakfast. Amin and Mariam is in one table while Sylvia and Steward. Priscilla is with her dad. Hazlan went back to his parents house due to having a tuition class, he is sad though.

“Ooo…pancakes!!” Hana

“You want one?”

“Yeah!!”

“Look after Sam..for me..”

“Got it!!”

I wonder where is Steward last night? I didn’t see him last night after the brawl. I took the food and find some porridge for Sam. We sat at the corner, eat together.

“Big brother…!?”

“I’m really wanted to play at the beach…”

Kinda think about it, we never played at the beach. And I smile at her

“Alright lets go…we going to rent a boat. We going to Mamutik Island”

Hana heads out and talk to Steward, I could see Sylvia suddenly heads back to her room and said to Steward

“I’m going to get ready…!!” I got a bad feeling about this.

I carried Sam and head to the resort recreation centre for renting a boat.

“Yeah but we have a service for water taxi service”

“Is it possible to rent a speed boat?”

“We will check…ummm we do have one well then I will prepare the boat…kindly proceed to the jetty”

Now we don’t have a swim suit, and I called Hana and Steward together with me. We head to the resort store, expensive but I had no choice in wasting my time buying outside. We head inside Hana is showing Steward which swim suit for her. Steward blushed

“uh..maybe its pink?”

“Okay!!😍”

I took the right size for Sam, while I took my own.

“Hey Steward would you like one?”

“uh..okay…”

Sylvia went in the shop and said to me

“Hey!!” She is wearing a sexy swimsuit inside. While wearing a bath gown.

“uh…we’re not ready yet but whatever”

Hana look at Sylvia

“Grrr!!! Bad Big Sis, trying to steal big brother!!!grr”

She only smile and said to her

“At least not that other girl…right”

“Big brother, can I invite Big sis Mariam?”

“Hey Sylvia..could you help me pay the stuff here” I gave her the money and I head towards the recreation centre.

“Your arrangement have been change…”

“Mr Newman said someone will pick you all up and head to Manukan Island Villa resort, they have arrange a place there..”

“Big Sis Mariam and Big Brother Amin is joining” oh…more fun…great..😑 I was hoping that they rejected it. I was hoping some peace and quiet.

“Fine!! But we have another thing here…seems like someone sponsored our boat ride…”

Priscilla meet us and said

“Hey could I join?” But her dad hold her shoulder

Damn no mercy from her dad, but at least I’m safe for a while because I just wanted some peace and quiet. Mariam and Amin change their clothes in swimwear and we head to the jetty. Waiting for the boat, it's a long boat. A driver is with us and introduce himself

“I’m Tani, i will be guide for this boat ride, we head to the resort and if you want any activities just call me got, please wear your life jacket before we depart.”

“Got it!!” Everyone

We depart from the resort we see Priscilla is running away from the resort, her maid and butler is chasing her. Sylvia is waving her goodbye and suddenly hugging me while Hana pull me away

“Get away bad big sis!!!grr!!!”

The feel the wind from the boat ride and slowly headed to Manukan Island. We dock at a special jetty where the villa is. Hana jumps from the boat and dive down.

“Hey Squirt!!!, you don’t know how to swim yet!!”

She is smiling and said to me

“Yay!!! Is water!!!!”

Sam also wanted to jump from the waters and Slyvia carried him.

“Now, now Sam we gotta get you prepared” - Slyvia

“Hey Hana!! Come on lets head to the beach first!!” - Mariam

“Got it!!”

We head to the villa, is a big house with multiple rooms. We choose our rooms based on Mariam criteria

“Me, Sylvia and Hana will be in this room while you boys that room got it”

“Ok…” everyone.

We change ourself and head to the beach. Mariam is teaching Hana how to swim, Steward is actually a good swimmer and he accompanied Hana. Sylvia wanted to play with Sam. Amin is playing like a kid in the waters.

I just lie down on a hammock that is close to the beach. Looking after them like a lifeguard. But what I’m really interested is fishing. I ask Tani for a fishing rod, I head to a rock beach and start fishing there. I had a fair share of swimming in the waters with Natalie in Grass hopper point with her. Still remember she wears a sexy swimsuit. Mariam is with a sporty swimwear alongside Amin.

Under her beach shirt she is wear a really sexy swimsuit. Her swimsuit really fits her well..ahhh what the hell am I thinking!!! I better focus in fishing. I manage to catch one, its a small grouper, I throw the fish and fish again. This is really relaxing just listening to the wind and the gentle waters.

My rod is bend a little, this time its really hard to pull, I know its a huge fish. I slowly pull it towards the beach. Its a Snapper!! Damn!! I’m really lucky. Tani see it and said to me.

“This is a good fish you want to cook it?”

“Yeah”

“Then let me ask the chef from here to cook it what would you like?”

“Steam it will be nice..!!”

“Good!!”

He took the fish and show it to them.

“BIG BROTHER GOT A FISH!!!!”

“That is big!!” Sylvia

“Dude!!! Nice this is our lunch!!” Amin

“yummy 🤤 can’t wait to eat it…” Mariam

I continued to fish but Tani offered me other method of fishing

“Do you want to spear fishing?”

“Really I’m cool…”

“Oh good I’m going spear fishing here to get some rare and legendary lobster that Madame Priscilla manage it”

“oh..okay”

“But we have to wear snorkel…its a 3 man team”

“Got it” I called Amin together

“Alright that’s look fun!!”

We ride a small boat with snorkelling equipment.

“Do you have experience in diving?”

“Nope..” Amin

“I don’t to be frank… but I did fish crayfish when I was young though in the river in Long Pasia…”

“This will be a bit deep and we going to catch lobster, and oyster that Madame Priscilla manage”

We head to the waters, inexperience boys like us are really useless here, Tani said to us

“TRY TO DIVE LOWER THAN YOUR LEGS!!”

We thumbs up and dive down. We had our snorkel in but I’m impressed with Tani is able to dive down that deep. Amin could not hold it and resurface back, I tried myself with my ears is about to pop but, the view is beautiful. We manage to see Tani taking a lobster, and I saw something that glitters I head there. And wanted to take it. It's an oyster there are a bunch of it. Tani showed me how to harvest it using a knife, and we took it from the inside without killing it.

We resurface and Amin is waiting at the boat.

“How the hell you could manage to dive down?”

“Don’t know? I just feel to get it”

“Damn man…”

“Not to worry…at least we have lobster tonight…”

“Damn that’s huge!!”

“Its all thanks to Madame Priscilla she is the one that manage this aquatic farm.”

“Damn she is good!!” Amin

“Only 15 years old and already she is an expert in diving and aqua farming…” Tani

She is talented but she is lucky that her father back her or else this dream will never came true. I collected some of the pearls from the oysters and Tani asked me

“What are you going to do with it?”

“Don’t know maybe making a jewellery out of it…”

“Its really valuable, I’m pretty sure a single piece is at least RM 200”

“Maybe I could make one of each like a pendant…you also wanted it right bro?”😏

“Eh? Maybe I could but I don’t know?”

“I could…I learn from Mr Hawk’s wife”

“I got an idea…give me this list of items, pendant head holder, metal necklace or string should be fine.”

Tani head back to the mainland. While me and Amin sitting down on the beach.

“I’ve got 6 six of these so I will make a pendant”

The chef have prepared us lunch from the fish that I caught.

“Steam fish, with bean sprout!! Enjoy!!”

Lunch time, they prepared at the bench of the villa. Gotta give thanks to Mr Newman for this.

After the meal, Sam fell asleep its my turn to look after him, while Sylvia and Mariam teach Hana how to swim. Mariam is really good at teaching kids. During the afternoon, I also felt asleep with Sam.

When I woke up, someone is humming next to me, when I open my eyes its Slyvia. She is singing something.

“Sorry did I wake you up…”

“No..just wondering what song you singing..?”

“One of my favourite music when I was young. The colours of the wind…I like Pocahantas..I have always wanted to be like her…”

“I would like to hear that song…”

She only smile and started singing

After she stop singing, I look at the skies and she looked at me.

“It is…” she look really sad. But I don’t want to ruin her mood because of it and I tried to cheer her up

“That singing maybe you could sing it to me again…every time….” I begin to blush

She suddenly smiling again, I gave her hope but I can’t leave it like that. During this time, I just listen to her songs. She humming again, she sang another song. She start to sing, Eyes on me by Faye Wong. Until Sam wakes up, and smiling at her. At least some entertainment in this island.

Sylvia stand up and bring Sam to the beach again.

“Thanks for listening…” she kiss my cheeks. Shit…now she makes think of her like this.

Tani arrived and I took the stuff that I need for the necklace and head to a place I need to make the pendant. It should be simple attach the pearl with stainless steel wires, add the string to make a necklace. There all six of them leaving one more left, I make another one for Natalie just incase,

During the night, we rest at the room and prepare for dinner.

“Hey!! Maybe we could do something fun for tonight is kinda boring without something to do” Mariam

“Yeah!! Good idea!!”

Suddenly Priscilla enter the villa

“Finally!!!! You guys are cruel!!! Leaving me to rot like that!!!”

“Hey its about time!!!” Mariam

“Huh!?”

Mariam whispered to Priscilla. What the hell is she doing?

“Nice!!! I like it!! Sylvia!!! Come on let's discuss!! Girls only!!! Boys out!!”

Hana and Sylvia join the meeting. They look at us😒

“GET OUT!!!!” Priscilla kick us out from the house except Steward and Sam who is sleeping.

“Hey did you made it already?”

“Yeah, I keep it in my bag”

“I’m bored what are we going to do now…”

We hang out at the jetty and we take a smoke on the beach

“Hey its our big examination is coming you know the PMR, we are going to get some result soon..”

“Yeah”

“What’s your current test level?”

“Not sure haven’t check yet”

“I got mine from Mr Rahim, he said to me PMR will be a cinch if you keep like this”

“Did you check mine?”

“Yeah he did he said that Alex and Mariam will struggle with most of the subject”

“well its the truth”

“You better improve your malay then”

“Maybe…kinda lazy to practice it”

“Then we will have a cramp session in your house then I heard Priscilla also struggle with PMR as well if she does not keep up”

“Well we better show the our neighbours we are not pushover as well”

“Mr Rahman said when you are absent said that Alex will be left behind by a lot, but the others are okay, maintaining the standards required by the Board of Education”

Looks like I had to catch up a lot, I’m going to miss a lot of activities soon. Maybe next week I will focus on my studies.

“I wonder what are those girls are doing anyway?” That part I’m out

I head out again and taking a stroll on the beach. I saw someone is fishing and I hang out with them one of them tell me a story

“You know there is an urban legend of this island…”

“I’m interested…”

“When there is a full moon, the waters become calm, only gentle waves, like this time, fishes will come out and mermaids will appeared and sing to the unlucky travellers at night.”

That sound scary but I’m interested with mermaids, what they really look like.

“Where and when is the last encounter?”

“Over that rocks there will be the place”

“Another urban legend is that if you reach that rock there, with someone together, you will be fated to be together!!”

Shit!!! That is something I need to take seriously…but I could play a prank with Amin and Mariam. But the only thing I see is Amin stand there, alone. Dammit he is there!!

“Hey where are you guys?!!” Its Priscilla and Sylvia

“Hey big brother where are you!!!” Its Hana

But what I saw is Mariam and Amin is there. I remember that fisherman talk about it. Time to get close to see them what are they doing. Oh maybe this legend will become real.

I reach there closely

And listen to their conversation

“You know…I was bored when I arrived in school could not adapt with everyone, but when Alex arrived I thought he could be my first friend there…”

“Did you know 2 years I have been thrown by that orientation humiliated, plus my musical skill is not something Borneo College wanted to, they taught that if I pursue this path there is no future here…”
