As Lisanna counted out the coins for the items Suzuka had sold, she heard the sound of heavy footsteps echoing down the staircase from the second floor of the guild building. Glancing up, she saw a man making his way toward her.

He was tall and handsome, with wild, unkempt hair that was gold-colored. His eyes were also a bright golden hue and were partially hidden behind stylishly tinted sunglasses. He was dressed in a striking combination of fantasy and fashion, with loose-fitting pants and a flowing shirt left open at the collar.

His mere presence commanded attention and respect. He was a towering figure, with broad shoulders and a confident stride. Suzuka could tell from his regal bearing and ornate robes that he was a guild leader. He had a different aura about him, a familiar one at that.

With that, the guild leader continued his inspection, his presence filling the room with a sense of authority and power. It was clear that he was an important figure within the guild.

The guild leader took a quick gaze at everyone in the room and proceeded to approach Lisanna and Suzuka, his piercing gaze taking in the scene before him. He had a stern expression, but there was a hint of a smile playing at the corners of his mouth.

He nodded in greeting, "Hey, Lisa." Lisanna greet him back as she tried to flirt, "Hello there Viking, what may I be of service to you, mmm?

"Lisa, I have spoken to you before about using my proper name. Nonetheless, I have come down to deliver an important message. In three hours' time, I will be conducting a review of all the adventurers. I must remind you to inform each and every one of them that they need to hasten their medical check-up if they wish to be considered for the review. That will be all." He spoke in a stern but understanding tone.

Lisanna spoke up, "It seems that Dr. Jenkins is running behind schedule today. Everyone is here and ready to go, but he has yet to arrive."

The leader nodded understandingly. "Let's give him a bit more time," he said. "But if he doesn't show up in the next ten minutes, push the meeting to tomorrow."

There was a murmur of agreement from the other adventurers, and they all settled in to wait, chatting amongst themselves while they kept an eye on the door. Some paced back and forth impatiently, while others leaned against the walls and checked their equipment.

With a nod, the leader turned on his heel and strode out of the room, leaving Lisanna to pass on the important information to the rest of the adventurers.

Once the leader had departed, Lisanna took charge, speaking in a confident and commanding tone. "Listen up everyone, as the leader has stated, if Dr. Jenkins doesn't arrive within the next ten minutes, we'll reconvene this meeting tomorrow," she announced, her voice carrying across the room.

"Well, it looks like we have a little time to kill and hope that our doctor shows up. Meanwhile, do you have any questions regarding the adventure role?" Lisanna continued with an apology, "Oh! Sorry, I completely forgot, about the name tags, unfortunately, there were no bounties on them. The best I can do is pay out the return fee, taxes don't apply so I can give you the full amount now. It will be 1 silver and 14 copper coins."

"Well that's a shame, but I'm happy to get at least something, also I do have a few questions if you don't mind," she began, her tone polite and respectful. "First, could you explain the titles that adventurers can earn, and what purpose they serve?"

Lisanna beamed with delight as she responded to Suzuka's inquiry. "Absolutely, I'd be glad to shed some light on the matter. The titles that adventurers can earn serve as a testament to their capabilities and accomplishments. The more titles you have, the greater your chances of attracting a suitable party. It demonstrates to others your level of skill and expertise, easily visible on your hunter card."

"However, it's important to note that not all titles are created equal. There are also negative titles, marking an adventurer as unreliable or untrustworthy. For example, the title of 'Cliff Dweller' is one to watch out for. This label is bestowed upon those who have a habit of deserting their party in difficult circumstances. It's a warning sign to other adventurers and a surefire way to prevent potential harmful party members."

Suzuka nodded, taking in the information. "That makes sense," she said. "And how does the ranking system work? Is it based on the number of missions completed or some other criteria?"

"The ranking system is based on a combination of factors," Lisanna explained. "It takes into account the number of missions completed, as well as their difficulty level, the amount of treasure recovered, and the level of danger involved. Of course, a strong reputation and good relationships with the quest coordinators can also play a role in advancing your rank. But no matter how strong or talented one is you will take some time to level your rank."

Lisanna had just finished explaining the intricate details of titles and rank within the guild. Suzuka listened attentively, nodding in agreement as Lisanna spoke.

"I understand what you're saying," Suzuka said, "but I think I need to study these things a bit more closely. I don't want to make any mistakes."

Lisanna smiled, pleased with Suzuka's diligence. "That's a good attitude to have. I'm sure you'll catch on quickly."

As they continued to chat, Lisanna couldn't help but ask Suzuka what she thought of the guild leader. Suzuka thought for a moment, considering her words carefully.

"He's certainly handsome," Suzuka said with a grin."

Lisanna nodded in agreement, a knowing smile on her face. "Yes, he is quite the catch. He's got the looks to make any woman melt in his embrace."

Suzuka raised an eyebrow, intrigued by her friend's words. "Really? You think he's that handsome?"

"Oh, definitely," Lisanna said with a smile. "I mean, have you seen those muscles? And those piercing golden eyes? He's the complete package, don't you think?"

Suzuka chuckled, "Well, I can't deny that he's attractive."

Lisanna leaned in conspiratorially. "But don't you think it would be fun to have a little fling with someone like him? I mean, can you imagine the passion and excitement? It would be like a wild adventure all on its own."

Suzuka laughed and shook her head. "I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I think I'll stick to finding someone who shares my interests and values. But hey, if you want to take a shot at him, I won't stop you!"

Lisanna's voice becomes serious out of nowhere, "That was a correct answer, Helen, that is my husband. And I am happy to see that you won't go after him, I don't need another woman, like Olivia, rubbing her hands, against my Viking. So, I am really glad that we agree on that."

Just as she was about to delve deeper into her inquiries, a loud and sudden noise echoed throughout the guild. Everyone's attention immediately shifted to the front doors. The man who slammed the door standing there panting heavily. The entire room fell silent as the man, still catching his breath, straightened himself up and slowly stepped forward, his eyes scanning the room as he tried to regain his composure.

The man rushed into the room, a look of urgency on his face. He quickly approached Lisanna, his eyes scanning the room as he spoke, "I'm sorry, but there's no time for small talk, gather all the necessary files and bring them to medical, call everyone in five. No time to waste."

Lisanna could sense the urgency in Dr. Jenkins' voice and nodded quickly. Dr. Jenkins was a well-respected physician, known for his quick thinking and no-nonsense approach to medicine. He was now about to perform a medical check-up for the adventurers.

With the arrival of Dr. Jenkins, Lisanna sprang into action. She gathered all the necessary registration forms and made her way toward the medical examination room. As she walked, she addressed everyone in the room, including Suzuka, with a sense of urgency in her voice.

"Okay, everyone, listen up. We're about to start the medical check-up. Please be ready and head to the corridor outside of Dr. Jenkins' office room.

Suzuka watched as Lisanna rushed off, the stack of forms clutched tightly in her hand. She turned to the others, a sense of excitement building in her chest.

"This way, Helen," Lisanna said, pointing towards the doors. "You'll need to head over to the medical, Dr. Jenkins will see you there."

Suzuka nodded, taking in the information and appreciating Lisanna's help. With a quick wave, Lisanna excused herself and rushed off.

As Suzuka stood idly by, she couldn't help but notice a young boy peeking through the doors of the main entrance. He looked to be around ten years old, with tousled hair and a smudged face. His clothes were torn and dirty, and he seemed to be fidgeting nervously as he gazed into the building.

As soon as he noticed Suzuka looking at him, he quickly turned around and began to run. Suzuka was taken aback by the suddenness of his retreat, and she couldn't shake the feeling that something was off about the situation.

However, the encounter left her feeling uneasy, and she made a mental note to be more aware of her surroundings in the future.

Lisanna walked through the doors of the medical and made her way to the front of the room, where she captured the attention of the adventurers waiting inside. With a clear, confident voice, she announced that it was time for them to begin lining up outside of Dr. Jenkins' office.

"The time has come, everyone," she said with a warm smile. "I hope you're all ready for your check-up. I've just received word that Dr. Jenkins is now ready to see you. Please form a line in front of his office, and he will call you by name as he's ready to see you."

The adventurers began to gather their belongings and make their way to the front of the room. They chatted excitedly among themselves, eager to see what the day had in store for them. Lisanna stood at the front of the room, overseeing the process, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

Suzuka was patient, she took her time to assess the situation before acting. She observed the crowd, waiting for it to die down before making her move.

As she walked past Lisanna, she said to Suzuka, "Just a quick tip, act tough with everyone inside, don't try to act nice. You need to be tough as nails if you want to be an adventurer. Good luck."

Suzuka nodded at Lisanna and walked past her.

When the room had cleared and most of the adventurers had settled in, she walked through the door, scanning the room for a suitable place to sit.

Her eyes landed on an empty seat, near a young man. He was discreetly glancing her way since she had entered the building. Suzuka caught his gaze a few times but gave it no thought. With measured steps, she approached and took a seat beside the young man. As she settled into her seat, she could feel his eyes on her.

Suzuka pivoted towards the young man, making eye contact with him and instantly capturing his attention. The young man was struck by her commanding presence, feeling diminutive in comparison to her towering stature. Suzuka was a vision of beauty, with her delicate features, toned physique, and confident bearing. Her charm was alluring, drawing those around her in, but her power was also intimidating, leaving the young man feeling as if he was being analyzed by a superior being.

As she locked eyes with him, the young man couldn't shake the feeling that there was something more to her gaze, something that he couldn't quite put his finger on. Suzuka's smile was soft, her canine teeth peeking out from under her lips, and the young man realized that he was in the presence of not just a beautiful woman, but a fierce and powerful one. Her piercing gaze seemed to see into his very soul, leaving the young man in awe of her majestic aura.
