We THREE will do SOMEthing about it!

You know, I completely forgot what Agatta told me yesterday before we went to bed. This morning had a lot of things going on, first of all me confusing reality with a dream I had and then the fact that for the first time ever we came to school holding hands. That's right, I think we never held hands for more than just 10 minutes and probably never in public, but today we came all the way to the school like that, so it was a good thing.

However I forgot that yesterday when I asked her if she really didn't want to be my girlfriend anymore she changed the subject telling me that 'we would talk about it later'. And I don't know about you, but just 12 hours after she originally said it seems later enough for me, so I have to make sure we talk about this now. However the first period went without changes and since there are several girls from our classroom that were also Agatta's classmates in middle school and others are part of this school's swimming club she's always busy talking with someone, so I can't really get close to her to ask her to talk about it either before practice or after it.

Finally, lunch time came, but unlucky she was surrounded by a crowd of her friends. What is this happening? It's like they sense that I want to talk with Agatta but they just won't let me. I need to think of something and fast. But first I need to eat, I won't have any good ideas if I don't have the necessary nutrients, but I don’t want to eat alone, and yesterday I didn’t talk at all at the only friend I have in my classroom, Iya Rashi, which is a shy and sometimes weird guy who doesn’t have a lot of friends either, he’s the kind of guy who doesn’t join any clubs, because he’s bad at sports and arts and thinks he’s ‘too good’ for the anime club, then goes home and feels lonely because he doesn’t have friends to spend the afternoon with, but he’s not a bad person, he’s just weird and can be too honest for his own good, but I enjoy his company and appreciate the fact that he doesn’t hold back and tell me always the truth so I might as well eat with him today, I don’t want him to think that I have forgotten about him.

However, when I looked around the classroom he wasn’t in his seat or anywhere to be seen, so I went outside to look for him. I found him just leaving the classroom, in the corridor, I called his name but I guess he didn’t hear me because he kept walking in a straight line. Since our classroom is close to the stairs he got there quickly, but instead of going down where the cafeteria is he went up. I found that pretty weird so I stepped up the pace and followed him upwards, however by the time I got to the stairs he wasn’t there, meaning that he surely sped up after he got out of my sight. Now that was definitely weird, so I also ran upstairs, because I know I’m faster than him and he surely will get tired before reaching the roof.

Precisely, I found him catching his breath on the last set of stairs, right before the entrance to the rooftop.

“Rashi, what’s wrong? Why were you running?”

He couldn’t answer at that moment, he was still trying to catch his breath. Finally when he could get enough air he told me:

“Sorry Impo. We…” He stopped again to get more air. “We can’t be friends anymore… because… because of your size!”

OH HELL NO!

I’M NOT LETTING THE SAME THING HAPPENING TWICE IN TWO DAYS!

But now I can do something to him that I could never do to Agatta: Punching some sense into him!

“Don’t give me that shit!” I yelled at him while I pinned him to the wall. “You’re not going to turn your back on me? After all these years we have known each other?”

“You don’t understand!” He said, he didn’t have energy to try to get away from me, and he was still struggling to speak due to the lack of air.

“Of course I don’t! Because it doesn’t make sense, and the only reason you are giving me is ‘because of my size’? What kind of stupid thing is that?”

He was trying to raise his right hand, but he had almost no energy left on his tank, so with a strange gesture he just managed to raise it a little above his waist and pointed at the start of the stairs.

“Look… over…there…” I don’t know what he had to sound like he was dying but ok.

I looked at the direction he was pointing and saw a girl there, she was tiny, and was trying to hide from our view, but she wasn’t trying very well since her whole head was on the open, however she wasn’t in the disciplinary committee or anything like that, because she didn’t have the armband to indicate it, she was maybe just a girl that was thinking I was a bully and I was being abusive and she was trying to help but was also too scared to do it.

“Look… at… her… eyes…” Said Rashi.

I did as he said and paid close attention to her eyes. And what I saw in her eyes scared me to the core.

She wasn’t looking at me thinking I was a bully abusing Rashi. No, for her this was a show, and she was delighted with what she was watching. The scenery, the light, everything in here was just arranged perfectly for her viewing.

She is a girl that is into Boys Love!

I dropped Rashi quickly and went down stairs trying to explain what the situation really was.

“Eh… eh… I’m sorry, we are friends, we were just having a friendly discussion.”

“Don’t mind me!” She said, her breathing was heavy, I could hear it and I was at least 6 steps away from her. “Just keep going. Go all the way. I’ll make sure nobody interrupts you!”

Oh no, she is not only into boys love, she really is in a rabbit hole deeper than that.

I didn’t know how I was going to get out of that situation, but luckily for me a known figure came up the stairs.

“What are ya doin’ Suki-chan?” It was the girl that grabbed my arm on the stairs yesterday, the one that came with her two friends, but this time it looked like she was alone.

“Sume!” She happily said. “You have to watch this, this is everything I have ever dreamed of!”

I was shaking, I was hoping for a moment that I could fully explain that this was nothing but a misunderstanding but that moment seemed to be impossible to come now. However, the girl whom she just called Sume intervened again.

“I think you are letting your imagination fly too much Suki-chan. I mean sure, that guy over there looks as if he was violently banged, but look, this guy right here is calmed and composed, and you saw that stream too, so you know there’s no way that he could hide his excitement.”

“But…” She tried to say, but was once again interrupted.

“Plus, he has a girlfriend.” She said pointing at me. “And I know he isn’t a cheater from first hand.”

“But some men said that ‘humping your homies’ isn’t cheating!”

WHO IN GOD’S LAND HAS EVER SAID THAT!

Sume looked at me with a scared look on her face.

I was as shocked as she was so I couldn’t answer. The only thing I did was violently shake my head to deny her from believing I was part of the guys who said that.

“Plus, you saw his member too, so you know that it definitely can’t be satisfied by just his girlfriend, so that’s why he asked his friend to take one for the team!” She continued.

Suddenly I see why Rashi said that we couldn’t be friends anymore. Actually, I would understand if no man would ever want to be friends with me. They all would be targeted by women like her believing that they are helping me release myself. I’m sorry Rashi, I got you into this trouble just because I didn’t give you the chance to explain yourself, you knew it all along, but I was just thinking for myself. I’m sorry friend, your life is now over just because you were friends with me.

“Furthermore…” She tried to continue but this time Sume got close to her and put her hand over her mouth to prevent her from saying anything else.

“That’s enough Suki, I got the point so you can stop now.”

Thank God she did that!

I think I would have lost it if she said anything else.

“Why don’t you write a story about it on your web page? I’m sure all your readers will love it, just please don’t use these guys names please, let them be incognito lovers.”

SHE HAS A WEB PAGE? WHAT KIND OF THINGS DOES SHE UPLOAD THERE?

“That’s a great idea, Sume! I’ll start writing it right now and I’ll just pass it to my computer after school! Thank you, bye!” She said and then she walked away.

On one hand I sure am happy that she didn’t say anything else, but on the other hand she is about to write a story about what she believed she saw and it will be immortalized forever on the internet.

“Sorry boyfriend-kun, she is not a bad girl, she’s just into that kind of stuff, you know?” Said Sume.

“Ah, eh, it’s ok, thank you for not letting her say anything else. I don’t think I could have handled it if she continued.”

“It’s ok, I was looking for you, actually. I wanted to apologize for what happened yesterday on the stairway. Not hard feelings right?”

That surely was unexpected, I didn’t think that she would actually apologize for yesterday, so that made me happy. I smiled, walked towards the same step she was in and told her:

“None, I hope we get along well from now on.”

“You can count on it!” She said smiling. “My name’s Imu Sume, nice to meet ya!”

“Same here, I’m Okichi Impo.” I answered.

“Okichi Impo?” She replied, then she remained silent for a few seconds to then burst into laughter. “So your name is Big Dick*?” And she laughed as hard as she could.

“NO!” I said, trying to correct her. “Okichi Impo!, O-KI-CHI IM-PO!”

She kept laughing and I didn’t even bother to stop her. It would have been useless. When she finally finished she just told me:

“I see, that name definitely suits you.” She said, still holding her stomach from all the laughter. Then she composed herself and continued. “Anyway, if you ever need something I’m in class 3-E, so come by anytime you need help on something, except tests, I’m terrible at those. But anyway, later Dick-kun*!” And she went down the stairs.

“IMPO!” I yelled. When suddenly I had the feeling that she might help me to know what Agatta is thinking, after all, she is also a woman, and she could know better than anyone else. So I stopped her from going further saying: “Wait, actually there is something I hope you can help me with right now, if you have time of course.”

“Eh? Ah, sure, there is still plenty of time left on the lunch break.”

* Writers Note: As some of you might have already noticed, Okichi Impo is a pun name, it contains the japanese words oki and chimpo, which gives his name the literal meaning Long Dick, some of the characters that have appeared so far doesn’t have a name yet, because I’m trying to do the same thing with all the named characters in this novel. The ones that do have so far are the following with the respective meanings and the words the pun come from:

Shi is Impo’s mother, Seku was her maiden name, so now she is Okichi Shi, but her name is the japanese adaptation of the word sexy. Inchin is his father and both chinchin and chimpo are japanese slangs for penis, so that’s why both could be translated to dick and the girl that likes boys love that appeared on today’s chapter gets her name from the word man, not the plural men, so if you can cut me some slack there I would greatly appreciate it.

Finally, from this point onwards Sume is going to refer towards Impo with the name Chimpo-kun, translated literally as Dick-kun, as a way to make fun of him. So the dialogue that happened in the last intervention from Impo would be recurrent, she calling him Dick-kun and he answering his actual name, Impo.
