It took us 40 minutes to reach our destination from the park. As it was Sunday there was a lot of traffic on the road. Many people, young and old alike, were going somewhere with their families or friends. So it was crowded on the bus. At last we reached the Mall. It was so big. It seemed to hold four to five floors, depending on the size or at least that was what I thought. There were security guards stationed at the entrance. Thoroughly checking each and every person going in and out with a detecting device. We entered the Mall and you know what!? It was sooo big inside that we could even play cricket!

“It’s sooo big!” I blurted.

“Wow”

“He He, I know. Now let’s hurry up girls!” Maya chuckled and urged us to hurry.

There were so many people. I could see some middle school young girls, couples roaming around, and some children running out of the elevator. It was lively inside. The Mall was divided in different sections. Starting from the first floor to fifth floor it was like this:

1. Home appliances and decor

2. Men’s section

3. Women’s section

4. Children’s section

5. Cafeteria

As we reached the third floor, we saw many shops with different brands lined up in a row at both sides. Some had mannequins placed outside, showcasing different styles of clothes. There were cosmetics, beautiful clothes, and shoes of every kind displayed in glass frames.

“So, where should we go first?” Aoi asked. “Let’s go to that store.” Maya pointed at a clothing store. It had a colorful sign saying ‘VIENE’S BOUTIQUE’. We went inside and a saleswomen’ in a white shirt and black pants with a logo of the shop stitched on it, welcomed us.

“How may I help you, ladies?” she asked with a beautiful smile plastered on her face.

“Oh yes, can you show us something that fits these ladies here?” she happily told her while placing a hand on my shoulder.

“Why not.”

The lady gave some instructions to other coworkers and told us to wait.

“Please wait for a moment.”

“Alright.”

After a while our clothes were brought out. Several types of blouses, shirts and whatnot.

“These are so many. I can’t decide.” Aoi exclaimed.

“This, This and this one. Here, now go try it!” Maya picked a few clothes and pushed them towards me.

“Eh...This many?” I asked shocked.

“Yeah, now go on. You two. You also try these. I’ll decide.”

Guess it won’t hurt to try these… all. I guess?

One after another I tried the clothes and every time Maya seemed disappointed. After two hours of selecting clothes we bought some accessories. It cost us a lot of money but it seemed Maya was not concerned. I nearly fainted trying all these clothes but for my friends I had to tolerate.

Probably, sensing how I was getting tired Aoi suggested to take a break.
