A Show of Strength

Saran stares into Zanzoku's eyes with piercing anger. "I'm gonna kill you, you annoying bitch!" He shouts. Zanzoku runs towards Saran, swinging his fist trying to hit her but misses as saran ducks under it.

Saran kneels and summons a gun. She shoots Zanzoku with a fire bullet that burns a hole inside of Zanzoku's chest. As he stands stunned, Saran backflips and shoots Zanzoku in his head with another fire bullet that doesn't come out the other side of his head.

"You.. got lucky! Your bullet didn't even go all the way through!" Zanzoku shouts. "It didn't have to." Saran retorts. She snaps her fingers and Zanzoku's head explodes in an burst of fire. His entire body is scorched and his head is gone.

His body falls on the ground seemingly lifeless. "That's what you get you disgusting asshole." Saran declares. But Saran quickly notices that the barrier isn't disappearing but shrinking. Zanzoku's head regenerates and he stands up.

"Too bad! My string wasn't in my head! But right now I'll shrink the barrier down and crush you! It won't kill you but you'll be unconscious and then I'll get to do whatever I please with you!" He explains.

Saran acts quickly and combines a bullet with her aura and the bullet is turned green. She quickly loads it into her gun. "Inferno Impact!" A bright green blast is fired out of Saran's gun scorching the earth as it flies towards Zanzoku.

The barrier stops shrinking as Zanzoku throws up a barrier around himself to stop the blast. The blast is halted by the barrier. "You won't beat me! I refuse to be killed! Especially by a woman!" Zanzoku screams. "Well, that's too bad because this is for every woman you've ever made suffer! Burn in hell!" Saran exclaims.

Saran summons a second gun and fires another blast strengthening the first. Zanzoku's barrier starts to crack. "Impossible! Me? Defeated by a woman?! This can't be!" Zanzoku shouts. His barrier starts to crack more and more until it shatters completely. Zanzoku yells as he's covered by the beam of light and is seemingly disintegrated.

Saran looks around. "I mean, that was also because I'm pissed. But I guess the people he killed matters too." Saran sighs."No way he's dead." She whispers. The only thing left of Zanzoku is his head on the ground with a piece of red string next to him. Saran puts her guns in her pocket and slowly walks towards Zanzoku.

She picks up the red string and looks at it. "Hey come on! Don't do this! Forgive me! Please! Spare me!" Zanzoku pleads. "How many women have you killed that begged for mercy!? How many of them begged for their lives huh?! You have no right!" Saran screams. "Please! I'll do anything!" He declares.

"Anything? Well, there's one thing.." Saran says. "Yes, what is it! Anything!" He responds. "Burn in hell." She snaps the string in half and Zanzoku's body disintegrates. The barrier falls.

Saran appears seemingly out of nowhere to everyone on the empty street. She looks around at all the people looking at her and then runs away back to her house.

She opens and slams her door breathing heavily. She walks into her living room. "What the hell was that guy? What was up with me? Am I a...?" Saran thinks.

Katsu taps Saran on her shoulder and Saran jumps in surprise. "WHATHEYIMJUST- Oh.. Jesus! You scared me Katsu!" Saran exclaims. "Sorry, Sorry. You just looked deep in thought and I wanted to ask why you look so exhausted?" Katsu questions. "You also freaked out pretty hard there..."

"Oh, I'm sorry it's nothing! I just had to run home." Saran says. "Um.. more importantly.. where's the groceries?" Katsu questions.

Saran remembers she dropped all of them on the ground after encountering Zanzoku.

"Goddamn it." Saran declares.
