Chapter 3:
My chaotic life
When I got there, I was so surprised. It was a fencing club, which I truly hate. Last year I did something horrible so I was removed from the club. But my Mom and Dad had got me in again.
"I don't wanna go in," I said. Mom smirked and said "Do you wanna die?". "Really?," I said, sighing.
Then we went inside. My Mom payed my admission fee for three years. I was at my last stage of death.
They clicked my pictures and pasted them on my fencing documents.
"When does she start?," Mom asked. "Right now, our teacher is not here. He'll be back in three days. We start then," the receptionist said. "Okay. Thank you," Mom said. Then, we left.
When we were going home, Mom saw her friend on the road. She started talking to her through the car's window. The traffic light had become green by now. I told my Mom to drive. But she didn't listen.
The traffic police officer then came towards our car. "Are both of your cars not working? Why aren't you driving?," he said. "Oh no, we're just casually talking," Mom's friend said. "The light has become green for the second time now. When are you gonna drive?," the police officer asked. "I'm sorry. I didn't notice," Mom said. "Let's go to that restaurant, Emily," Mom said, pointing towards a restaurant. "Oh, yeah. Sure," Emily said.
When we got off the car, Mom told us to come, too. But, we gave her side eyes. "You don't wanna come?!," she asked. "Of course not," Dad said. Dad drove the car in a hurry, leaving Mom outside. "Don't forget to pick me up!," Mom yelled.
