Chapter 1

Last night I saw a vision. I had seen a corpse, the village was burning and I met a strange man. I woke up early and went hunting. I caught a deer. On the way to my house, I could hear someone gasping for breath. I went to see. He was injured, I had to take care of him. He had the ears and tail of a wolf. He wore a chain around his neck and a chain on his hands. I was able to tend to his wounds. When I saw him I realized that he was the man I saw in my vision.

"What happened;" he said

"You were seriously injured and I took care of you. Don't worry I will remove your chains."

I said a spell and the blade of my dagger cut through the chains on his hands. But for some strange reason the blade of my dagger broke when I tried to cut the chain around his neck.

"This chain is magic. It can't be broken easily, that's okay, I'm used to it. Thank you for removing the chains from my hands."

"It was nothing. You must be hungry. While I was waiting for you to wake up I cooked the deer I caught. Here,have some."

We ate.He liked it.

“I have to go home. Be careful.”

"Don't worry about me. Take care. See you."

When I got home when I walked in it was very quiet. Until I found my mom on the floor. He wasn't breathing. I noticed her neck had vampire bite marks. Vance was responsible for this.He is a duke.But he hides the fact of being a vampire. I promised that I would have my revenge. First I did my mum's funeral. Before leaving the house I got the essentials. A bow with a quiver of arrows, a silver dagger, revolver with silver bullets, food, water, herbs and a map. In the evening I went to a stream with water. We used to go to this stream with my family.

"I told you we would meet again." 

I heard a familiar voice.It was him.

"What happened to you;"

"My mother was killed by Vance. I lost my family because of him. I will make him pay."

"You're not the only one who wants revenge on Vance. I also want him to pay too.You saved my life and I want to help you."

"Thank you very much. "

“My name is Derek.”

“My name is Freya.”

"It is late. Tomorrow we will continue."

And that's how our journey began.

The other day we were tired. We arrived at a hotel. We thought we could stay the night. We were at the Scorpio Hotel. We booked a shared room with Derek. Before we went to sleep we talked for a while.

"The day we met when I got home mom was already dead. Vance killed her. One night dad was in the kitchen with Vance. Mom hadn't come back. I walked down the stairs until I saw them. Vance killed him in front of the my eyes. He saw me and hypnotized me to forget it. But after a while this painful memory awoke."

"We won't spare him. He won't know where it came from. We must sleep now."

"Yes."

But I couldn't sleep. I went out. For a moment a vision came before my eyes. I saw Derek lose control. Later I saw that I was comforting him. I felt like I was going to regret it. Until I felt someone holding me.
