The past unfolds II.

"Echoes of Love: A second time."

[Chapter 15 Start]

"No, you didn't come for me."

"You came for sympathy, You came for the attention that you didn't receive at your home. Since I was the only one left you knew so you came to me to receive my attention, Use me to satisfy your needs. But because I ignored you, I didn't know you'd become like this." I said angrily.

"Don't worry Saika, I'll never love you. You're the one that destroyed my life. After you left me alone. I couldn't leave my room. I was sad. That's when my parents took the step:"

Flashback

I was crying in my room. It's been 2 days since Saika left. I heard footsteps coming into my room. I wondered who it was since I gave up thinking that my parents will come for me.

"I'm disappointed in you."

It was the voice of my father.

"I didn't know I raised such a brat. Your mother and I have completely given up on you. We are leaving this house back to Kyoto. You can live here alone If you're gonna be in that room. Just be still and die without any noise." My father said with no remorse.

That's when I completely gave up.

The father I tried my hardest to please. The only words I wanted to hear were "We love you" from my parents. But the words I heard were.

"Goodbye, happy death."

As I heard those words, I heard a car arrive. My parents left the house and I was all alone. 

I was there for 1 more day. It seemed my high school had already started.

I already gave the exams and I got accepted. Yet I didn't even know that. 

Someone knocked on my house. I went down to open it as I wondered who came to visit my grave.

It was... A random girl. 

It was Chako. A stranger to me at that time. 

She was our class president. She came to see why I wasn't coming to school. She saw me and said:

"Wow. You look miserable."
