The memory shard breaks before I could touch it.

I got my memories back. I remember now.

*Flashback*

I was the crown prince of the nation of the "Nord Fort". I was born with a beautiful face and was born with a gift from the gods, I was the hero meant to kill the demon king that threatened the south from the prophecy.

I was born with a mark on my wrist that symbolized my role. Because of that, I was given whatever I asked for. Instead of one thing. Everyone favored me till I turned 6. 

My brother was born that year. Everyone focused their attention on him. My parents didn't look at me. I was trained and trained. As that only mattered in my life.

That's when I realized, I was nothing but a tool to kill the demon king. I sneaked out of the castle and discovered the beauty of the world.

I discovered theatres, markets, food, and people I have never seen before. There were some people called "Elves", "Dwarves", "Fairies", and many more. That's when I first dived into the world. I started paying less and less attention to my family. When I turned fifteen, I was officially recognized as an adult.

I finally got the freedom I wanted. But it didn't last long.
