Grey Shirt, Black Skirt

    As Suma came down the stairs Kazou looked in her direction. He noticed her wardrobe change rather quickly. She had her hair tied back , and was wearing a large grey T-shirt with a black skirt. She also was wearing glasses.

"You ready?", she asked Kazou, eager to leave the house.

"Y-yeah" he said stuttering a bit. He wanted to compliment her as she looked pretty, but he didn't want to seem creepy.

"Where are you kids off to anyway", Mrs. Sano asked.

"Not a clue", Kazou said confidently. This got a laugh out of Mrs. Sano.

"We're heading to the Cafe on the other side of town", Suma said,"Remember that project I told you about last night?"

"Oh that's why Kazou's here?" Mrs. Sano asked.

"Yeah" Suma replied.

"That's a long walk, I'll drive you!", Mrs Sano said.

"No you don't have to", Suma said nervously.

"No it's fine I'm heading out anyway to pick up dinner so it's no problem at all", Mrs. Sano said as she headed towards the door.

"Bruh", Suma said under her breath. "Come on Kazou"

  "Okay", Kazou responded.

   As they got in the car Mrs. Sano told Suma to sit in the back with Kazou, but Suma insisted on giving directions. As Kazou sat in the back he pulled out his phone to check his messages.

    "Ooo a message from Toyo" Kazou said quietly to himself.

    "What was that Kazou-honey?", Mrs. Sano said.

    "Oh, did I say that out loud? Sorry I was thinking haha" he said. He felt awkward at the "honey" she added after his name but knew she was just being kind.

   "Oh alrighty!", She said while turning.

   Kazou opened his text message from Toyo and he saw the words...
