Thunder

Its a refreshing morning, I woke up on the better side of the bed if that counts and its cloudy outside (almost stormy), I love this type of weather, I know others might think of me as a sadist but I feel connected to another realm , I know it might sound totally absurd but thats just me.

I grab an umbrella and make my way out locking the front door. The job at the club has been tiring, I hope the boss lady soon hires more people for the work, and when I ask her to she blames me for her success, like thats not even something to blame anyone about.

Now that Im outside the house, there is lights showers of rain and while I am almost about to reach school it starts raining, i hurry up my pace to quicken the distance But then two girls with their bags on their heads come running towards me,

"Heyy, can you please walk us to school?" they ask me in the middle of the street, While its pouring!.....HAH It wouldn't be a problem if there only one additional person,  we could both just sprint to school but with two? Its not Possible.

And therefore I respectfully hand over my umbrella to them.....

"Here you both can take it, you need it more than me" I say as I hand over the umbrella to them. 

"OHH! You sure? Its such pity You could squeeze in as well "  As if I could!

They giggle while they leave me stranded in the middle of the street. 

I take back what I said about rain and connection,  thats just applicable till I  appreciate it from inside my house!

I reach school completely drenched with rain water like a wet mouse..... as I walk in and change my shoes, 

they're all staring at me....why?

Never seen a wet person before?

I look at them dumbfounded when the boy besides me elbows me 

"ouch " I exclaim.

"Dude where did you come from looking like that?" , he asks me

"Uhh outside?" Like what type of a question even is that.

"Bruh dry yourself with a towel or something, or are you purpose trying to expose yourself?" He says with concern.

And he's right, I'm don't believe I was walking around looking so absurd , the shirt is almost see through it's so embarassing I could kill myself right now .

He hands me towel from his bag and walks away. Such a nice guy....

I enter my class after drying myself a bit. I look outside the window it's still raining as much as before....

We were given a self study session since it's almost mid term and tests and going to start from next week. 

I open my books and read through few chapters of physics, Physics has always been my favourite subject in school for its diverse fields of research . I always found it fascinating. 

After around 2 hours the bell rings and the lively atmosphere fills the class again. 

By the time school got over, the clouds had drifted away, and the sun shone through them, giving way for a beautiful rainbow. 

I straight went to the bar where I had a lot of work awaiting me. 

As I got to the counter and was putting my apron on, the boss lady approached me, 

"Oh you are here, I have a good news for you! Wanna guess?" She asked with interest.

"Am I getting paid extra for working extra?" I asked with disbelief.

"Hey now am I not paying you enough already?" Well thats true she really i spaying me enough for me to get by without taking up another job. 

"ahh leave it, lemme just tell you. I hired another part timer! to help you out with your work. She starts from tomorrow." she said joyously

This was a even better news than getting payed more. Finally I could get breaks and not just work for 4 hours straight. 

"Thats great" I respond to her offer. 

After my shift ends around 8 :00 pm, On my way home, I find a small puppy on the side of the street, its placed in a cardboard box, one could tell that it was abandoned recently. 

I have never had pets before cause my mother never liked us having them around since they make the place dirty. But now that I am living alone I could adopt him but then again I'm barely home to take care of it. 

Anyways I chose to take him home with me right now and look for a potential owner tomorrow. Only a devil could ignore these puppy eyes.

I will probably aks the boss lady since she seems like a loving person if she would be willing to adopt it.
