Can you imagine it

The whole world before you

Stepping through that exit

This visage I knew

All the skies I had flown

And my house down below

I gazed down upon it

Right below

The translucent spear

Weapon against fear

The color of cheer

Glows as I come near

The ultimate blade

For a hero who’s slain

Every gross and undignified

Thing in their way

A joke on naysayers

Tricksters and fools

Monsters and shadows

Mirrors and rules

I lift it, Lancerghast

Light in my palm

My claws are repulsive but

I’ll now right that wrong

Solar-painted wings

Sprout from my skin

Opening feeling of

Forgiven sins

Floating in air

Takes strength to do

But raising my weapon

I know I’ll strike true

Point hard to bow

Forward and throw

Gripping it tightly

I become an arrow

Up down and around now

Just like before

I am now a warrior

Able to fight this war

I go find the sea

But no one looks at me

Atop the waves

It’s only chaos I see

“Where are you hiding?”

I call to the man

Only for then, behind the sun

I look upon a great hand

Black like the night

Soft like the sky

My enemy draws near
