How many babies you want?

Time truly passes by when you are enjoying it the most. That's what was happening to Yuki and Hiroshi's lives, as they encounter a new feeling called love. Like any other things, their joyful days, their days of living like a normal high schoolers will have to come to an end...

They have long forgotten their lives of The Quixotic Predators. Those were something of the past now. As they cherish their feelings for each other, they have become livelier and more humane. Now, they have grown to be adults. Yes. That's right. Todays the final day of their High School...

Moments of tears, moments of happiness, moments of grief, moments of love. Most people have experienced these emotions at one point or another during their school life. Three years of the emotions of the students stuck in these small rooms. If asked, I think most of the students would say,

"I hate school.", or "High school life is the worst."

While the adults say,

"High school was the best part of my life.", And sentences like, "Ahh, the nostalgia." Can be heard. Some adults might even begin to cry thinking about the glorious memories they had built over just in three years.

And it was Hiroshi and Yuki's turn to say goodbye to their school life and move on to the next stage, adulthood. While people were busy confessing their love, deciding on a career, studying for college, the Quixotic Predator couples were walking around the school buildings, and looking for the relics of their past.

"I haven't been to many places in this school, have I?"

"Nope. You didn't."

"But the places that I have been to has been very fun, thanks to you. Arigato.", Yuki said with a smile.

[Arigato means thank you in Japanese]

"You remember our confession spot?"

"How could I forget that?"

"Shall we go there as the last visit? I am getting tired by all the walking that we did."

"If you insist, then okay. To our final destination, our confession spot! The rooftop!"

"Come on you didn't have to shout."

"Stop complaining and let's go."

She pulled Hiroshi with her to the rooftop. This is the place, where all of it officially started. She went and sat on the exact place she sat when Hiroshi confessed.

"Remember this place?"

"How could I forget?"

"This was the place where I got my first kiss stolen by a certain someone."

"Don't forget, I stole your second kiss too."

"Yeah."

They went silent for a bit. A cool breeze went by them.

"... can't believe todays the last day.", Yuki said.

"Me too."

"What are we gonna do now?"

No reply from Hiroshi.

"What will happen to our lives?"

Still no reply. Well, he was kind of sad too. She could understand that.

"Let's go now", said she.

"Yeah."

Before going, they made sure to get all the contacts of their friends. Before they go on with their own lives, they made a group chat together to chat together if they feel like it.

They were walking down the familiar road that they used to go to school by. This was the last time they are going to return home from school. Hiroshi ain't going to leave this opportunity behind. He stopped walking. Yuki was sad so she didn't notice him stopping.

"Ano... I have been wanting to tell you something..."

[Ano is an attention seeking word in Japanese.]

She looked back. Hiroshi was standing still.

"... would you marry me?"

Hiroshi did it. He asked for her to marry him. Hearing this, Yuki was happy. Her eyes was glimmering with joy and happiness. It was the saddest and the happiest day of her life.

Hiroshi was kind of afraid of her answer. What if she declines? What will he do then? But still he asked with a brave heart,

"Your answer?"

He looked down. He doesn't want to look up. She looked happy. Now what is her reply?

"After all that happened you are still thinking what if I reject, right? You are still readable like a book. Baka, of course I will agree."

He looked up again, but before he could, Yuki came and Hugged him and patted him to the head.

"And this is my revenge for all the times you patted me on the head."

"Your revenge is my blessing."

"Please stop. Hehe, todays the best day of my life."

"Weren't you sad just a moment before?"

"Your marriage confession changed everything about today."

"I am glad."

"Thank you, for what you've done for me. I wish we can live a happy life together."

"Me too."

They start walking again. Yuki starts teasing him again.

"Hey Hiroshi, How many babies you want? Are you planning about that? You ecchi."

[Ecchi means pervert in Japanese.]

"You are teasing me now, aren't you?"

"You bet I am. Today my mood is better. Maybe I should cook something special tonight."

Soon after that, they got married. They decided to leave that place to somewhere far away to start a new life. There, they would work and live together. They had plans for buying a house too.

They found a perfect place. It was by the sea side. In Japan, living by the sea is kind of dangerous, but the rents and other things are cheap there. There, they started a new chapter of their life, as husband and wife.

The newlyweds Hiroshi and Yuki worked as employees. Yuki worked for the supermarket, earning 15 USD/hour. While Hiroshi was working for transport deliveries. He drives the fishes carried from the sea and drives them to the local Cold Storage every day. He gets around 25USD/hour. With that money, they run their small and new family together. They were truly having a happy and peaceful life... they adopted a last name too. Their last name was 'Oshiruko'. It doesn't have a meaning though. They just came up with the name.

A random day;

Hiroshi was walking to home. He kind of dozed off in the middle of the road, looking at the beautiful blue sea, when the reflection from his ring returned his senses back. He was happily married with his new wife, Yuki. An absolute beauty. That day, he got some leftover fish that the fisherman caught but didn't bother to ship them as the catch was too little. He then went home.

"I am back."

"Welcome back home. You are early today. Well, its not that I mind."

Yuki came and hugged him.

"What's that in your hands?"

"Free fish."

"Oh, fish! I was just craving for some."

"So, are you gonna cook fish tonight? Can't wait."

"Yep. Its a special."

They talk about usual stuffs while having dinner. That day, they were talking about how they first met. Well, they were laughing about it now, but they were serious about killing each other back then. They also talked about their study tour experiences. Especially the date they had. It was a wonderful time.

And at night... umm, let's just say, things get real busy. And by busy, I mean real busy. The neighbours can't even complain because they were newlyweds too. Preparations for the night? Forget that. They ain't doing those. Safe to say, they should be expecting a baby any time soon...

And about weekends... well, lets just say, Hiroshi is a very busy man.

Like this, their happy married life continued for two years, until something unexpected happened...
