Fallen sky, Rise

We fell into an endless dark abyss. Feels like it took forever. Numbers were written on the void, which fell in parallel with us, and always changing:

And every time with this annoying chirping sound. I pulled Aurelia to me and hugged. And we continue fall deeper and deeper...

How much time has passed? I don't know. It's sad that we couldn't talk here because of the wind and telepathy magic doesn't worked here either...

Emptiness swallowed everything around except numbers and us...

Only presence of Aurelia keep my mind in peace and saved me from complete madness. Her light kept me warm...

Everything became red and we started to head evil laugh. We tried to turn around, but it was not really comfortable...

Cry of baby started after mosquito. My head started to hurt. I tried to concentrate all my feelings on Aurelia and closed her ears...

Complete silence. But it does not bring any peace, every second, it seemed to be some kind of sound...

Eight? but she was not on the counter, I grabbed Aurelia, opened the wings and covered her with them. And we had rough landing on a glass platform. We looked around and saw sky and glass ladder. But we had no more power to continue our trip and we fall right on the glass floor, falling asleep.

And it was long deep dream...

Just emptiness...

"Yo wake up."- I felt that someone was shaking me on my shoulder,  concentrating on this feeling, I realized that it was no one but Aurelia! I woke up and got a kiss on the lips:

"Good morning, sleepyhead."- And we both happily smiled.

" So where are we?"- I asked.

"Have no idea."- Aurelia started to look around:

"But we only have one way."- She pointed at ladder. We approached the ladder, joined hands and took the first step...

And another step...

It was giant stairs. And Aurelia screamed in surprise:

"They are... gone."- And it was true, stairs behind us vanished. And we again plunged into crazy perpetuity...

Day turned into night...

And night turned into day...

...

Sometimes we got into clouds...

And sometimes they had rain or lightning inside of them...

Sometimes we were under the scorching sun, It's great that I learned to tolerate it's light...

...

But it wasn't as bas as the room...

...

We even saw rainbow. And Aurelia was so happy to see it, like a purest child. And I was happy to see her happiness. The picture that I would like to remember forever.

We almost forgot, about ladder and about ladder. And just enjoyed it, like it was our date. Up in the sky, only two of us and it's gifted us joy...

We slowly rise , discussing everything in the world. The theme wasn't important at all, the main thing is that we are together...

And so the years went by...

"Why are we here?..."

I don't even know who said them, me and Aurelia. But it snapped us to reality.

"We must... Because of people who believed in us..."

We did not stopped...

Our hope still was in our hearts and we had no intentions to forgot about them and give up....

Rising higher and higher...

... And finally we saw above our heads a sphere, what was a planet. Our destination! But it was closed by the barrier...

WE KEEP PUSHING FORWARD...

Closer and closer...

...

Planet was bigger and bigger...

...

And finally it closed our horizon...

We kept pushing  and saw doors... Like on techno planet.

"Aurelia, we almost there!"- I hugged her.

"Finally."- She breathed a sigh of relief, but took on a serious look a moment later:

"The hardest part of the task is near."- I nodded. She was completely right, we need to open this doors and win against highest beings... The monsters...

We looked at the planet, it was mostly water and extremely green. Such a beautiful planet...

Soon the realization came that we were going upside down. Not like it's matter, but still weird.

We were getting closer and closer to the planet and we could already see the landscape. It was full of life and people from a far looked like an ants. We watched with interest the seething life...

Door was closer and closer...

...

But with every step, rise became harder and harder. As if the giant's hand began to press on us with increasing severity...

And we are on the platform right in front of the gate. Gate to our future and to our hope. Gate which never was seen by anyone from our reality... And we are here! To bend our fate and to create opportunity for our reality to have a free will of choice. And of course we doing it for our self and we have no shame to admit so!
