Huh? I’m alive... and back in my room at the inn. Was Hideki... Sebal, the tunnel was that all a dream?

“CHANDLER!” (Claire)
“MASTER!” (Tana)
“Hey... goodmorning?...” (Chandler)
Why do they seem so worried? I was just taking a nap.
“Chandler, you had us worried, you almost died fighting Hideki and Sebal. Tana has been desperately healing you as long as she could to.” (Claire)
So it wasn’t just a dream, I don’t remember much after Sebal attacked me.
“What happened?” (Chandler)
“Your... curse on your chest from Aku was released, it seems to be a demon curse like what Hideki had. You lost yourself and defeated Sebal, but you almost died. It seems one of the drawbacks of your curse is it’s massive toll on your body.” (Claire)
Shit, so I really kicked that fuckers ass, that’s great news, hell yeah. Wait I have more questions now.
“What happened to Sebal and how come I’m back in my bed at the inn?” (Chandler)
“Soldiers on patrol from the capital came and took Sebal into custody, after I explained the situation. Almost the whole forest was leveled so it’s no wonder they came. Sebal somehow managed to survive your final attack, so he’s alive, but barely, almost every bone in his body was broken, and he was out cold. The soldiers helped carry you back here.” (Claire)
Jesus fuck, I did all that? My curse sounds really dangerous... I wonder how strong Hideki was? Good thing I never really gave him the chance to unleash his power. It seems like the curse hinders your cognitive ability because Hideki seemed to be pretty smart but he became arrogant and tactically stupid once he activated his curse. I’m just glad Claire and Tana are both okay.
“Master, I was super worried about you and scared! Please don’t do dangerous stuff like that.” (Tana)
Tana’s fox ears go down, and she starts tearing up a bit. I smile and give Tana head-pats.
“Don’t worry Tana I’ll be alright, you don’t need to worry about me. Also you did great today, without you, and your healing I’m not sure if we would have made it, thanks Tana.” (Chandler)
Claire also smiles at Tana widely.
“I’m proud of you Tana, your a huge help.” (Claire)
I’m glad those two are okay, I can’t imagine what would happen if we didn’t stop Sebal and Hideki.
“So what’s gonna happen next with Sebal?” (Chandler)
Claire looks away unenthusiastically and sighs.
“It looks like we need to go to Castleview... I had to use my family name as validity when speaking to the soldiers, because convicting a Holy Knight is a complicated issue, if not for my family name we might have been arrested for attacking a Holy Knight, but it seems he’s been problematic for quite some time now. So I need to be there as a reliable witness, and talk to my family.” (Claire)
Castleview? That’s the Capital city of Skywatch this nation, me and Claire went there not too long after I first arrived in this world to get my armor, that’s also where we first met Sebal...
“Also Tana... I don’t think it’s a good idea to take you with us...” (Claire)
“Why! You meanie, you just want Master all for yourself!” (Tana)
Tana angrily sways her fluffy fox tail.
“That’s not it! It’s just tensions have been high in Castleview for the past few days, and my family is not very welcoming of non-humans... we will probably be gone for a few days so you can stay with Yua until we get back.” (Claire)
“Yay miss Yua! Ok but make sure you don’t forget me!” (Tana)
We really aren’t going to bring Tana, that’s a big shame, I’m really going to miss the little fox girl.Claire looks a bit down, and quietly mumbles.
“I was hoping I could avoid going back and using the Vonstelar name...” (Claire)
What’s Claire’s deal with her family? She looks upset about going to see her family.
“We’ll leave tomorrow, so make sure you are ready Chandler.” (Chandler)
So me and Claire are going to make another trip to the capital city? This time it’s gonna be longer than a brief day trip. I wonder what’s gonna be in store for us at Castleview?
It also seems like there are gonna be people targeting me from now on. It doesn’t matter I’m living in my dream right now! Nothing can stop me from making my goals a reality, alongside my party members!
