Author's Note/Closing words

Hello, the author here.

First, I want to thank you for taking your time to read this novel. This has been the first one I actually completed. There had been many ideas floating around in my head, but this was the first one that was fully written down to a form of conclusion.
I know I am an amateur, but if someone reads this, it means that my story must have resonated with them, and entertained them enough to keep on going. That is enough to satisfy me. That there is someone out there reading the story I wished to tell.

Furthermore, a short note: The planned story is not over! But, for the contest tied to the submission of the novel, I would exceed the word count completing it here (not to mention the time limit). Therefore, I decided to split it off into parts, or volumes.
The original story idea had shifted a bit during writing and to accommodate the split into volumes. Currently, I may be a bit busy irl. However, I intend to follow through and finish this story off on a closing note, and not let it stand open. I hope you will have enough heart to keep on, even if it may take some time.
