First Day Murder

Ash is playing in their room. They are delighted to see their brother, Josh; they run up to him anticipating a hug. Josh proceeds to punch them in the guts causing them to sob hysterically. Josh looks down at his brother with his true sadistic smile; he repeatedly kicks Ash and throws a glass cup on their head, knocking them unconscious. Josh grabs Ash's red shirt with a cat to bind Ash's arms. 

Water splashes on Ash's face waking them up to their mom, Melody's mutilated corpse. They scream out of fear and sadness over the sight; they experiences the same loop of sadness and fear once Josh walks behind them to grab them by the binds and pins their head into the ripped stomach of Melody, causing them to vomit.

Josh drops Ash back on the floor. Ash begs for mercy, but Josh tapes their mouth cutting to Josh's wide smile holding an empty syringe. Ash panics and tries to struggle their way out of the binds; the syringe creeps closer to their spine causing them to look back at their brother's sadistic smile with their pleading look of mercy. Josh injects the empty needle into his sibling's back as they scream, pounding their legs repeatedly. The syringe repeatedly stabs Ash's legs, burying deep into the open wound of the legs amplifying their screams.

Josh grabs the needle once more pointing the needle at Ash's arm and stabbing the syringe deep into their shoulder. The needle aims at Ash's left; they shut their left eye, but Josh opens the lids stabbing the exposed eye. Josh walks away from him. allowing Ash to sob even more...
