Chapter 19:

Epilogue: A New Beginning

Reborn as a Prince in Another World

The dragon healed our wounds with its magic, saving our lives. It also healed the surviving merchants and knights, who were grateful and amazed.

It then told us its name: Aurelius. It said that it was one of the seven gods who watched over this world, and that it had chosen us for a special purpose.

It said that it had been observing us for a long time, and that it was impressed by our courage and kindness. It said that we had the potential to become great heroes, who could change the world for the better.

It said that it wanted to teach us more about this world and its secrets, and to help us fulfill our destiny. It said that it wanted to take us to a place where we could learn and grow, where we could meet other beings like us, where we could find our true home.

It said that it wanted to take us to the land of the elves.

We were shocked and curious. We had heard about the elves from Sir Leon's story, but we had never seen them before. We wondered what they looked like, what they did, how they lived.

We wondered if they would accept us, or reject us.

We wondered if we would be happy there, or lonely.

We wondered if we should go with Aurelius, or stay here.

We looked at each other, unsure what to do.

But then we remembered what Sir Leon had told us: that history can repeat itself.

We remembered the war between humans and elves, and the curse that followed.

We remembered the pain and suffering that both races had endured, and the hope and redemption that they had found.

We remembered the message of the gods: to cherish this world and its wonders, to protect it from any harm, and to share it with all living beings.

We realized that this was our chance to make a difference, to prevent another war, to heal another curse.

We realized that this was our chance to make a new history, a new story.

A story of friendship and peace, of love and forgiveness, of change and growth.

A story of hope and redemption.

We decided to go with Aurelius.

We said goodbye to our friends and family, who wished us good luck and happiness.

We mounted Aurelius' back, holding on tight.

He spread his wings and took off into the sky.

He flew over the forest of shadows, which was now green and alive again.

He flew over the kingdom of Luminia, which was now prosperous and peaceful again.

He flew over the continent of Elysia, which was now full of wonder and adventure again.

He flew over the portal to another world, which was now open and inviting again.

He flew towards the land of the elves, which was now our new destination.

Our new home.

Our new beginning.

The End.
