Chapter 101:

March to Glory (Part II)

Outside The Windows Of Our Classrooms

“Hey, fucker. How the fuck can ya come back to this shit? D’ya forget yer decision?” Akshay asked me with a smug smile on his face, ya see.

“Ya don’t fucking decide what I do, asshole,” I replied to that asshole, frowning.

“… I actually fucking do, Aaryan.”

Ya see, the sun had set already, and it must have been around seven in the night. The whole ground was filled with the sound of flesh hitting each other and thumps of bodies falling on the ground.

“… What? Are you fucking dumb or…”

“I do fucking decide what ya do, fucker,” Akshay repeated, that smile fading off his face. “Did ya forget that fight behind yer school ground? The one where a few random fuckers picked up a fight on ya and school teachers discovered drugs from ya?”

My frown turned a little doubtful as I remembered what had happened—some guys walked up to me and picked up a fight, and one of the students brought a PE teacher to stop us, only to discover vapes from me. Then, my parents were called to meet the principal, and all that shit happened. In the end, I had… walked away from the gang, with Sooraj.

“What about it, asshole?”

“… Those guys were mine,” His smug lips replied.

My eyes widened as I heard those words. “W-What…?”

“AHAHAHAHSHSHAHAHAHA!” That asshole laughed menacingly. He turned his head down and covered his face with his palm. “Ahahahahshshahaha.”

“I… I fucking went through all of that shit…” I thought. “Because of this asshole…”

I remember that night when Vikram had punched both of us and we lay on the ground, rubbing our faces.

“I’m gonna fucking kill ya tonight…”

“Ahahahshshhaha!” He continued laughing. He then turned to me, his laughs slowly fading. He then stopped, holding his waist. “The fuck ya said, huh?”

“Lemme fucking show ya what I fucking mean, ya fucking asshole,” I angrily frowned as I started to walk to him. I moved my arm up my shoulder and waved my fist at him.

Ya see, he, somehow… stopped it with his hand. He moved my fist down and glared at my outraged eyes. “Goddammit, fucker, ya can’t even fucking touch me tonight. I’ve been gymming constantly ever since I left the gang just for tonight. I fucking know yer every move.”

I moved my knee up to kick him up in his balls, but he fucking stepped back and slapped me with his right hand. He then left my hand and kicked me on my belly. My butt thumped down on the ground. I closed my eyes tightly in pain for a second, and then turned my eyes up at him. He glared down at me with that fucking smug smile of his.

“Goddammit, I just fucking warned ya, ain’t I?”

I stood up on my feet and glared angrily at him. The left edge of my lips then turned to a smile. “I gotta stop joking around, perhaps.”

I continuously punched that one guy. He was stepping back continuously, waving his hands to block my punches. And, obviously, most of my punches were not really hitting him. After all, I was still not a pro.

He then moved his leg up and kicked me on my belly. I stepped back, holding my belly in pain.

“I’m going too easy on ya, motherfucker,” That guy said. “Now lemme show ya how real delinquents of this area fight.”

He stepped toward me and punched me on my face. I stepped a few steps again. Aakash then ran in and tried to punch him, but that guy moved his head leftward and punched him on his belly too. Aakash stepped back and that guy punched him again on his belly. Aakash fell down on the ground on my right.

I turned to him as I moved my hands away from my belly and then turned to the front, frightened. He moved his fist at me and I somehow evaded it by moving my back backward, but I, obviously, lost my balance and fell on the ground. I tried to kick him, but he held my feet and bent it frontward to my belly. He crouched down as he bent my knee.

My eyes closed because of the pain of my muscles being stretched like that.

“How does this fucking feel, motherfucker?”

Aakash suddenly jumped upon me and leaped on him. That guy, for some reason, didn’t let go of my leg, so it was sideway again. But, as he touched the ground, he left it and I was finally able to move it beside my first left. I bent my back up and slowly rubbed my left thigh. “Fuck, man!” I thought.

Aakash had again used his pinning technique and held that guy’s arms and torso with both his arms, with his hands holding each other like a tight knot. That guy, obviously, desperately punched him, but, with anything above his forearms unmovable for that guy, he was just tickling Aakash.

Aakash then moved his arm up and tightly slapped his forehead on that guy’s forehead.

“Agh!” That guy shouted.

Aakash, for some reason, moved his head back and slammed his forehead on that guy’s forehead again.

I tried to stand up with my paining thighs. I slowly started to raise my body on my legs and soon stood like normal. I turned to Aakash, and then turned rightward toward Aaryan. “When the fuck is this damned fight gonna end?” I thought as I opened my mouth and exhaled out.

I maintained my neutral and seriously frowning eyes as I moved my punches around and Akshay blocked them.

“Y’are slowing down, fucker. Better start practicing again,” That asshole commented as I tried to fucking land a punch on that guy’s face.

“Shut the fuck up!” I angrily replied as I punched him on his chest.

He moved his leg up and tried to kick me on my belly, but I stepped aside and moved my fist at his face. He managed to fucking block it again with his left arm and moved his other fist at my face. I bent down and punched his belly, which did a little damage to his slender figure. He stepped once backward and turned to me as I moved another punch to his face. He bent back and landed another punch on my chest.

“Imma fucking show ya which dragon ya fucking tryna fight, asshole!” I told him as I fucking attacked him with another punch.

He blocked that punch from his arm again and kicked me fucking hard on my belly. “Goddammit, fucker, yer language fucking changed, ain’t it?”

My ass thumped down on the ground, man, and I quickly stood up again and charged at him. I tried to punch him on his face, but he stepped aside, held my arm, and then pushed me to the ground. I again hit the ground, but with my chest down on the ground this time. “Asshole…”

“Why the fuck are ya so angry with me, goddammit?” He asked as he crouched down. “Fucker, I just used yer background to my fucking advantage to get ya outta the gang. Anybody could have fallen for that one. Don’t be fucking angry now.”

I closed my eyes tightly.

He then moved his leg up and kicked me hard on my backbone. Thump! Then again. Thump! Thump! Thump!

Vikram and Amit were blocking each other’s punches constantly and punching each other back. Their serious gazes were fixed on each other’s eyes and they moved as if they were dancing around, trying to land a punch a second and then blocking the other one’s punch before that second ended.

Amit smiled as he blocked another one of Vikram’s punches. “Asshole, I guess ya ain’t improving.”

Vikram smiled. “Like y’are fucking improving a lot, man.” Vikram then moved his punch back and Amit went on with his next punch, which Vikram blocked with his arm. He then tried to punch him on his face, which Amit evaded by moving his neck a little left. He then tried to kick him on his waist sideway, but Vikram blocked that too.

“Ya remember the first time we fought?”

“Ya won’t call that a fucking fight, motherfucker,” Vikram replied as his smile faded.

“But ya would call this a fight, eh? That’s how much I fucking improved, asshole.”

“Motherfucker, is ya compare me to some years back, I’d improved a lot too. Why the fuck are ya comparing yerself to years back?”

“Ya just can’t accept the fucking truth, and that’s why y’are making excuses.”

Vikram just sighed out in reply as both of them continued to fight off like that, blocking and attacking every second.

“Imma finally beat ya today,” Amit suddenly spoke up again.

“Who fucker asked?”

“Anyway, why the fuck are y’all in blacks? Don’t y’all wear white shirts, eh?”

Vikram replied nothing—just continued to fight. He moved his leg up and kicked him on his waist, which actually touched him. Amit stepped a little back as Vikram jumped up and punched him on his face, completely catching him off guard.

Amit stepped a couple of more steps backward, rubbing his left cheek as he frowned.

“To pay some tributes.”

Just as Aaryan was being kicked on his back by Akshay, I walked up to Akshay and held him by his belly, for some reason. I pushed him before he lost his balance and fell to the ground, with me on top of him. I then moved my arm up and punched him on his face. But he, for some reason, evaded it by tilting his head leftward. He then tossed over on top of me. He then punched me on my face, and then again, and then again.

Aaryan held him by the joint of his arms and shoulders, and the punches stopped. I then started to punch that guy as he tried to move his arms here and there to get himself free.

I moved my fist back, and punched him on his face again.

Aaryan then pulled him away from my body as he stood up again, and then Aaryan hit his knee between his butts.

“Ya see, I ain’t losing against the likes of ya, asshole,” Aaryan said as he threw Akshay down on the ground to his right. He then quickly stepped beside him, crouched down, and continued to punch him on his face.

Thump! Thump! Thump! Thump! Thump!

I stood up on the ground and glared at Aaryan hitting him like that. Akshay had stopped defending himself, and had stopped any movements overall, for some reason.

Aaryan then stood up and kicked him down on his chest. He then turned to me.

“Damn, man.”

“Ya see, ya gotta punch nonstop like that to fuck these guys,” He told me. He then turned to Akshay again. “Now he’d not stand up soon.” He moved his right arm up and rubbed the sweat off his forehead.

I then suddenly remembered that Aakash was handling that guy alone. I turned leftward to look at him, and noticed how Aakash was walking up to me, with his opponent lying on the ground. Aakash smiled. “My first KO.”

I smiled. “Damn, man.”

“Pal, good work,” Aaryan complimented as he panted up and down continuously. He then turned his head leftward. “There’s still a lot of them left.”

“Man, when is this damned fight gonna end?” I asked him.

“Soon.” Aaryan turned to me. “Pretty soon.”
