The Global Ascendency Front

(Meanwhile in Hong Kong, China, the rise of Mercenaries has once again increased while a new organization which is well popular in England, has now touched down in most Asian islands. As this new was brought to most residents and Mercenaries of China, many were confused on why Bounty Hunters were needed.)

-Hong Kong, China-

"Civilian #1: Bounty Hunters? In China?"
"Civilian #2: What's the need for them, we already have Mercenaries."
"Civilian #3: Now who's stronger, Bounty Hunters or Mercenaries?"
"Civilian #4: Give me a break, everyone knows Mercenaries has higher power than those wannabe fighters!"
"Civilian #1: Ehhh... I wouldn't be so sure.."

(As civilians were gossiping over the news, Sun Yi of Jingyi Grand Academy was sitting in her office's chair with her back turned, smoking another cigarette until her office doors opens unannounced. As clacking heels were heard approaching the desk, a multi-medal commander steps forward and pauses at the front of Sun's desk.)

"???: Well well sis, I take it you were expecting me?"
"Sun Xinyi: Commandment Yi, my elder sister. Why bother visiting me when we cut communication for so long?"
"An Xinyi (G.A.F's 5th Commandment & War Veteran | Power: Feline Blessing): Is it now a crime for the oldest sibling to visit their kin?"
"Sun: What. Do you want?"
"An: ...Whatever, I'll just cut to the chase. Your academy is currently on the verge of shutting down indefinitely because of the lack of power you show against your students."
"Sun: ..."
"An: I'm not going to get involved with your acts, but the government are making it clear. You have 72 hours to rehabilitate the academy or everything will be shut down."

(A document file was then dropped on Sun's desk as she puts out her cigarette, turns around and looks at her sister.)

"Sun: The government always plays these games. When a student is not cooperating, they pin it on me and call it "student neglect". When an entire class is failing, they pin it on my faculty as a point they "failed to teach" when the class is mainly at fault and now they claim I don't put my foot down towards my students. Kind of ironic as my Blessing showcases my authority anyway."
"An: I see. Then understand that if you do fail, you're always welcome back as the 7th Commandment, sis. I must take my leave for now but, I'll return in three days. Tootle-oo~."

(As An then leaves the office, Sun was then irate at the Chinese Government for pushing her into a corner for only three days. Meanwhile in the Mercenary Association building, Jiia along with hundreds of other Mercenaries were introduced to thirty elite Bounty Hunters who are on-par in power against most Mercenaries across the world.)

"Jiia: On behalf of the entire Hong Kong Mercenary Association and the Chinese government, I thank you all for joining this urgent briefing. Do understand that this conference will last for about one hour.. but we did provide snacks and drinks before this briefing began. If there aren't any questions then-"
"???: Hold it."
"Jiia: Hm?"
"???: Where is the Minor Mercenary known by Bai Zhen?"
"Jiia: ...The person you speak of has no affiliation as a Minor Mercenary, but do please save unrelated questions until the end of the conference."
"???: How shameful. To think you'd forget one of your own."
"Jiia: ...?"

(Everyone then gives their attention to the open-minded yet blunt Mercenary.)

"???: How long has it been? A month since Zhen left China? You punks really decided to let him be freed by Ryuketsu and Negan when he was nowhere close to a threat? If you ever took the chance to think deeper, you could've thrown him right back behind bars instead of escaping the country."
"Jiia: Who...W-Who the hell do you think you are anyway?!"
"???: Lets see what they think. Are you all curious on who I am or are you more curious on why we're even called here?"

(As the Mercenary then holds a copied file of what Jiia has on the pedestal, he'd clear this throat reads:)

"???: "Three years ago was the rise of the Triple Ghoul and his 15 Ghouls and three years later, the occupation of Mercenaries has decreased due to self-concern in safety for the civilians of Hong Kong and the population of China. In regards to the situation of "invalid-name" and his involvement with the Triple Ghoul, there has been panic among the population of China that Mercenary secrets could have landed in the hands of the Triple Ghoul, in order to overthrow and defeat all Mercenary Associations across the planet..."

(As the file was then scattered into pieces of paper in the air, the revealed Mercenary was a dragon-yukata attired, long thin haired, lean yet cut bodied male with blue crystal colored eyes staring down the final documented paper as he continued reading.)

"???: "In order for such a catastrophe to not come to pass, the Government of China has agreed to a temporary alliance with the United Kingdom along with three different countries for not only Mercenary exchanges but also trades in firepower. As for all in attendance, those with "egotistical" or "selfish" desires will be compensated without a single yuan wasted, we look forward to your acceptance to the Global Ascendency Front." That's why you called us here? To compensate the good and bad if they manage to defeat a single Ghoul instead of worrying about the more important situation? You fools of Hong Kong really disgust me and to think you all forgot about the kidnapped student, Hanying Tian..."
"Jiia: ...! (Thinking): Who the hell does he think he is...?! (Aloud): I can assure you, we are planning a subjugation team to-"
"???: I'm turning down this offer. If you fools want to waste time playing house and exterminator one by one, be my guest. I'll track down Bai Zhen and get answers out of him myself then rescue Hanying, behead the Triple Ghoul and eliminate the 15 Ghouls alone."

(As the Mercenary then departs from the building, a few others followed his footsteps and departed while a good count of 350 good-hearted Mercenaries remained.)

"Female Mercenary: Are you alright, Lady Yueja?"
"Jiia: I'm alright... Anyway.. if you all overheard that, I won't stop you from leaving. But if you wish to stay, then I welcome you to the Global Ascendency Front."

(As the Mercenaries who stayed were then inaugurated as officials of the Global Ascendency Front, the Mercenary who left then pauses a female Mercenary following him.)

"???: You've been following me since I left the room. What is it?"
"???: Your yukata... You're from Japan are you...?"
"???: Yes. Knowing Bai Zhen is roaming freely in my country sickens me."
"???: So the rumors were true, you're one of the Big 4 of Japan... A male Mercenary with a white yukata, blunt words and a cold stare, Goto Hokitada..."
"Goto Hokitada (#4 of Japan's Big 4 | Power: Blizzard Spirit): That's right. And you are?"
"Qiu Shufen (Middle-Class Mercenary | Power: Crystalize Blessing): Oh! I'm uh... I'm uh.. Shufen.. Qiu.."
"Goto: Its nice to meet you then, farewell."
"Qiu: Uh wait! Wait! I wanna help you!"
"Goto: Its dangerous. Besides, knowing that Zhen kid, he probably has that Negan Zhihao protecting him everyday now."
"Qiu: Two is better than one, I won't hold you back!"
"Goto: ...What is your power?"
"Qiu: I can uh... Crystalize anything I touch into any mineral of crystals."
"Goto: Not gonna happen."
"Qiu: Oh come onnn!!!"

(Back in Kumagawa, Japan, Bai was ongoing training with Xu as he was practicing more efficiently with both his revolvers and nichirin blades as Bai and Xu was smiling at the two fighting in sync but more focused now. After a near hit on Xu, she'd quickly use her own version of the revolvers to bounce back as she then shifts her revolvers into the Tremoring Conqueror Claymore, the third version of the Justice Blessing.)

-Kumagawa, Japan-

"Bai: Is that..?!?!"
"Xu: That's right, it's almost time for you to learn this weapon. But not now."
"Bai: ...I understand. Should we take a break for now?"
"Xu: I don't see why not, you did great today."
"Bai: That's because my master is you."

(Xu immediately blushed as she turned around out of embarrassment.)

"Xu: D-Don't tease me like that... you turd..."

(As Xu was still embarrassed, Bai then returns to the real world from the Blessing Realm, she'd smile with a bigger blush as Bai was then sitting on his bed and stretches once again but felt stronger after training with Xu.)

"Bai: Hm... I'm getting stronger but I should punch in some close-combat training too."

(As Bai then leaves to begin combat training with Silke, Tian also one of Bai's friends, finally awakens after being knocked unconscious but was locked away in a Ghoul dungeon.)

-Ghoul's Hideout-

"Tian: ...Ngh.. w-what..? H-hey...! S-..Someone..?"
"Ghoul Guard: Well well, you've finally awoke! The Triple Ghoul has strict instructions on keeping you prisoner until those pesky humans come and save you."
"Tian: ...W-Wait... where am I...?"
"Ghoul Guard: You're in a dungeon, blabbering fool! Do you not get it? You're chained to a cold stone wall, the bars are made out of smooth steel and there's a Ghoul, ME! Guarding your cell, do you get it now?"
"Tian: ..."
"Ghoul Guard: Good, if you understood all that, you'll keep your nasty Human mouth shut and stop wasting oxygen talking to me!"

(As the guard rudely walked away as Tian just did what he was told while he was worried that he would die alone in the dungeon cell.)

"Tian: ...Someone... help me... Please..."
