The Largest, Most Gruesome Incident in Sakura School's History

Outside of the hospital at Sakura School, Taco asks Soap what her weapon is. Soap said it's a suringe. Taco scoffs that her weapon isn't that important, and Soap gets defensive about the importance of being a nurse. Taco asks to see it. At Soap's, Taco and Pickle are so moved that they are reduced to a sobbing mess after seeing the test stages of being a nurse. Taco is intrigued, and Soap explains the suringe has, and equates it to brainwashing; she justifies it by saying it can be used in a beneficial way while Taco sees it as something she can use to her advantage.

Taco has set Soap up in the office of the missing Steering Committee member. Pickle brings Balloon and Nickle to the office, and Soap injects Balloon with the medicine. She leaves Balloon with Nickle while she, Taco, and Pickle go to get Skull. Taco wants to show Skull how awesome dissonance can be. They assemble the Student Council, planning for them to kill each other. The council refuses even after Taco unveils tapes that have their secrets scandals on them, using it as blackmail. Barrel, the student council secretary, decides to kill his classmates to rescue his kidnapped father. Once Barrel makes the first kill, the student council members start ruthlessly killing each other.
