A simple word that can convey emotion: they scream angrily. / They holler urgently. / They soothingly murmur their love for one another. / They whisper and laugh, / talking behind my back. / They speak as loud as elephant roars. / My eardrums ring and vibrate. / They call like crows / as I turn around, / yet to be faced by nothing / but foreign eyes / staring away from mine.
