Chapter 2:

#02: You're Not On My Level

The King Program

"Hm. That was fun. Let's do it again sometime." I say to him, looking down upon him. I think he's down, but out of nowhere, I see his eyes shoot open again. "Don't get so full of yourself! I'm not done yet!" He shouts, using his hands to push his body, along with right leg up to kick me. "I see right through your movements." I whisper to him, swerving to the right of him. "Your attacks are simple and slow, you calling them out doesn't make your attacks stronger. You're already slow as is. Why must you make it harder for yourself?" I glare at him with the glow in my eyes again. "Tch. Shut up!" He twists his entire body around to kick me with his left leg. "Go to hell!" He shouted, before I blocked his kick with my left arm. "I never thought you were capable of that." I push his leg away, kicking him against his spine, sending him flying away. "But even so, you won't beat me." I say, walking closer to him.

"AGH! Shut the hell up!" He jumps up, sprinting towards me. "Whatever you can do. I'll do as well. So shut the hell up and watch me crush you!" He glared at me, his eyes glowing the same way mine did. "Take this, you shithead!" He yelled, throwing a punch at me. "I'll just dodge i-" My thoughts get cut off by him pulling his fist back. 'A feint?!' . I think to myself. I can't dodge it, I already did my input. Fighting is like a game. Once you do an input, you have to wait for the other player to finish their turn. And in this case, my turn is over. "I've got you now!" He roars, landing a good punch against my cheek, sending me back a bit.

The crowd went wild once again, as Kira lifted his fist, covered with a small spot of blood. "What now, Egotistical clown?!" He screamed. "Gonna cry?!" He teased me. The crowd immediately laughed. I stood up, wiping the blood from my nose off. "Kira.." I mutter. "What? Giving up?" He asked, laughing more. I glare straight at him with full rage, the glow in my eyes growing darker than ever before. "You. Are. Not. On. My. Level. You never will be. You will always be..second place. In every aspect. You will never be first. You will always be..a loser. Know your place, you freaking loser!" I yelled louder than ever, everyone heard me loud and clear.

Kira's eyes were full of fear. Nothing but fear. "I..I give up." He cried, kneeling down, tears rolling down his face. "What did you just say?" I ask, angrily, walking closer to him. "I said I give up! You..You're better than me.." Kira said, crying even more. I couldn't help but laugh, looking around to see everyone with pure fear in their eyes. "Look at what happened to your king. Bowing down to me? A loser?" I laughed more, turning back to Kira. "That was fun. Let's do it again sometime." I repeated, smiling maniacally. "Goodbye." I wave, walking out of school.

They don't understand me. I'm a king compared to them, I'm their ruler. Why don't they worship me? I'm better than them in every aspect. No one is better than me.

"You're looking for someone strong to fight you, huh?" An unfamiliar voice cuts me off, as I turn around myself, looking for the source of the voice. "Over here!" I turn to the front of me again, noticing a boy, with long black hair. "Are you the one who called?" I asked the unknown boy. "Mhm. Pleasure to meet you, the name's Leonardo Silver." He smiled at me, putting his hand out. I can tell just by looking, this guy has incredible power. "Haruto Rin." I say, shaking his hand. "Now.." I look at him, with my eyes glowing again. "What is this about someone strong to fight?"
