GIN POV

Yui and I received a letter from Jin.He died in the battle field.

"Damnt it! It is unfair!"

I hit my hand on the wall.

Then I remembered what my dad said.

"YOU CAN'T SAVE THEM ALL."

He was right.

Yui didn't say anything.I could see she was sad.

Yui holded my hand.

"Remember,I am here for you,Gin."

I was so sad.I lowered my head and burried my face to her belly and started crying.Meanwhile Yui conforted me. We left Wakoku and went to Corai.Once again memories started coming to our minds.We left a bouquet of flowers to Jin's grave.Both Nicia and Jin died in a civil war in their country.

A week later in the noon Yui and I walked for a bit.We went to the sea.The wind was blowing Yui's blonde hair.She looked  so pretty.Then she looked at me with those emerald green eyes.

"Is something wrong Gin?"

"Not at all.I love this place."

"Me too.It always calms my mind."

"I know what you mean."

I felt so...shy.I didn't know what should I say.We just enjoyed this moment.

YUI POV

Gin and I felt sad for Jin.It was unfair.Still he would do anything to protect his people.The time came to select a new head of the clan.Isago told me that she wanted her dear friend to become the head of our clan.

He arrived today.His name was Mamoru.I met him today.

"I came here to welcome you mister Mamoru.My name is Yui Mochizuki."

"Nice to meet you.Wait,you must be Ichiru's daughter.Isago talked me about you."

"She did?"

"She sent me letters.I am going to be straightfoward.Isago wanted me to train you.Do you have any objections?"

"No sir."
