Chapter 34:

AFTERWORD

The Elf Saint is a NEET, so I Forced Her to Work in Another World, Vol. 17

And finally, we end the 4th Arc and enter to the 5th--and final--one.

Personally, I'd like to apologize to you, dear reader, for if I'm to be honest, I think this is my 'weakest' arc to date.  While I did accomplish my plans on how the story would unravel, I have to admit that it looks good on paper, though my execution might've been faulty.

In any case, I stand by what I've written.  I enjoyed doing the entire arc, though I guess it could've been improved on.  However, I won't cause any chaos to you by rewriting an already published work (unless there's a glaring need to).

So, moving on, I would also apologize for the long--and I mean, really long--delay on ending this arc.  Reason is, last August, I was finally accepted in my (new?) job as a public school teacher (again).  Yep, adjustments took over, and I was busy from August to November timeframe, that I could only bring out illustrations, and maybe write some chapters for what would become the 'side stories' volume for Arc 4.

But yes, it's safe to say that I have already settled down, and not only that, I developed an automated system to deal with the routine paperworks that usually takes us two weeks or more to finish.  So, from two weeks, I was able to cut the time of teachers' workload to just a few hours (if net is slow) or a few minutes (if net is NASA net).  Though, yeah, I have to write two theses about those so I can properly claim those systems as 'mine' (don't underestimate the stupidity of the Philippine bureaucracy), but nah...I got some co-teachers to help me with that.

(Told them I'll just be the 'programmer' and they're the ones to write the researches.)

However!

Sorry for the story, it's not what I want to say.  What I want to tell you is that, with the automated systems I invented, I can now focus on writing and drawing stuff for my novels, which is why I developed those in the first place.  So, with those things considered, I can bravely claim that 2024 is the end of the Saint Series...at least the main story (Kuro's story).

Yep, I'm planning Cassandra David's adventure as well, which will serve as a prequel.  Already written some drafts, but let me focus on her teacher's story first, since I want to finish Arc 5 (Volumes 18, 19 and 20) with a bang!

So, without futher ado, I'll say my thanks again for your support through all the years I seriously took on writing (May 2019 to present), and I do appreciate your love for my work!
