Chapter 5:

New team new me

Rising Hope

Riku is shocked but still understands the situation of Miyu. So, he says, "Okay Miyu, I will look for offers."

Miyu also decides to go to Twitter and express himself. He tweets, "This team is a disgrace. I can't believe such a team would be in the Premier League."

After this tweet, the manager publicly announces the removal of Miyu from the main team and also not allowing him to go to training with them. Miyu argues that he is telling the truth, but Riku also decides that it wasn't a good idea to talk about the team like that. Even star players get kicked out because they are talking bad about the team. Miyu decides to keep training while Riku finds him a team.

A MONTH LATER

Miyu is in the middle of his training, thinking about becoming a big player and winning the Ballon d'Or. Suddenly, he hears his phone ringing. It's Riku.

RING RING RING

"Hello Riku, any updates on the offers?" Miyu says.

"There are a few, but you might be on the bench for half the game on your debut," Riku says.

"That's completely fine. Tell me the teams interested," Miyu says excitedly.

"Well, there is Sevilla. I think that's a very good option, especially since you just started. And there is Chelsea, but I don't recommend it since they weren't very good last season," Riku says.

"Call up Sevilla and tell them I'm coming," Miyu says excited to go to Spain.

"Sevilla it is. I will get you the contract tomorrow since Luton already agreed," Riku says.

Miyu goes to sleep excited about tomorrow, and he wakes up to the sound of his phone ringing.

RING RING RING, it's Riku.

"Wake up, it's time to go to Spain," Riku says.

"OMG, IT'S RIGHT NOW," Miyu says as he rushes to put his clothes on.

Miyu gets his clothes and bags and goes on a plane to Spain. They land, and they go to sign the contract.

"We are willing to give you 10,000 euros per week and a 200,000 euros bonus if you score 20 goals or more," the manager says.

Miyu has no problem with the contract, and so does Riku. They accept the deal immediately with no negotiations. He goes to meet his new teammates, and they are excited to meet him. The manager notifies Miyu that next week there is training, so Miyu will need to get ready. That's exactly what Miyu did. He immediately went to the training ground and trained hard for the next week, and the match is against Valencia. The manager tells him he will get on in the second half, and he also tells him that he is playing at the CM position. He will need to make key passes to his teammates and maybe if he's open, shoot from outside the box. Miyu goes to sleep knowing that tomorrow is going to be his debut.

TOMORROW

Miyu gets ready and goes to the stadium to warm up. The fans are seated, and so the players go to the locker room. The manager talks about the tactics and how they will play, and so the game starts. Miyu is watching from the bench as his teammates play it out back. The first half had no action, only a shot from inside the box that the keeper saved. They get in the locker room, and the manager announces, "Miyu, you are going in at the CM position." Miyu nods to the manager calmly, but inside, he wanted to jump from excitement. The referee blows the whistle to signal the start of the second half, and Miyu gets hold of the ball and plays short passes out back. In a split second, they launch an attack. The Valencia defenders were surprised, and Miyu was already running through the middle of the field. So, he reaches the edge of the box, and the defender slide tackles him. But Miyu does a fake shot and sends the defender the other way, and he gets inside the box and shoots. And HE SCORES! The keeper had no chance saving that. It was a rocket into the top corner. The score is 1-0 for Sevilla in the 78th minute, and so the possession goes to Valencia. They try to attack, but the Sevilla defenders are too good. Miyu gets the ball and launches it into the air, seemingly into nowhere. The manager yells at him, but there was a Sevilla player that no one saw but Miyu. The player gets the ball, dribbles past the keeper, and scores. It was one of the best assists the manager has ever seen. And so the match ends, and Miyu is the man of the match. He goes on to score 15 goals in La Liga and 7 goals in the Europa League and 3 man of the match awads in Laliga and 1 in Europa League. Sevilla has its last game, the Finale of the Europa League. They are playing against Roma, a strong opponent. Miyu needs 2 more goals to be the top scorer of the Europa League. So, Miyu sleeps wondering what will happen tomorrow.
