Chapter 1:

"Harmony of Hearts: An Uncharted Prelude"

Delphinium

Tokyo basks in the crystal-clear sky, illuminated by the scorching sun, but this radiant moment is fleeting. Gathering clouds shroud the heavens, a gust sweeps lightweight debris, and torrential rain sends everyone seeking refuge. Amid the downpour, Tokyo transforms into a vivid spectacle. As night descends, the city dazzles with a heightened aesthetic allure.

In Kenjaki District, There's a highschool known as Kentaki High School stands as an educational beacon, renowned for its excellence in fostering both academic prowess and personal growth. The institution boasts a dynamic curriculum that engages students in a myriad of subjects, encouraging intellectual curiosity. With dedicated and inspiring educators, Kentaki High promotes a supportive learning environment, cultivating a sense of community and collaboration among students. The school's commitment to holistic development extends beyond the classroom, offering diverse extracurricular activities that nurture talents and skills. Kentaki High School emerges as a hub where students not only excel academically but also embark on a transformative journey towards becoming well-rounded individuals.

“when is it going to stop?, I feel like I have been here for a million years” Noelle says exaggerately as She possesses a striking allure, with features that effortlessly capture attention. Her intelligence radiates through a confident gaze, complemented by a keen and perceptive expression. Graceful and poised, she carries herself with an air of sophistication that mirrors her sharp intellect. A harmonious blend of beauty and brains, she navigates the world with both elegance and a formidable intellect, leaving a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to cross paths with her. However a subtle hint of an annoyance colors her character, adding a layer of complexity.

“you know reading books will help in stopping the rain from falling, maybe you should try doing so and stop being idle”, Tomoya says, donned in spectacles that accentuate his sharp mind. He immerses himself in the world of mangas, finding solace and excitement within their pages. A voracious reader, his intellect is matched only by his love for exploring fictional realms. However, his character takes a cheeky turn as a playful pervert, infusing a humorous and mischievous element into his persona. Despite his quirks, his intelligence and passion for literature make him a distinctive and entertaining presence in any storyline.

“shut up you idiot, all you do is talk about reading, it's pissing me off you jerk.” Noelle says as she grabs an eraser and throws at him with her full might, knocking him down and leaving him with a red mark on his forehead.

Noelle sits down to catch her breath. “By the way, Tomoya, Where are Aoi, Nico, Kakucho and Mica?” she asks.

“Now that you mention it, I haven't seen them around also. Where could they possibly be?” Tomoya wonders looking at the ceiling of the classroom comfortably sitting on his desk like a delinquent.

“ Well let me call Kakucho” he says.

“ I'll try reaching out for both Aoi and Mica” she says as both of them pull out their phones as they dial in digits to call them.

"He's not picking up” Tomoya says. I“'ll try reaching out to Nico then” he adds.

“Aoi and Mica are not answering too” Noelle says.

“Nico is not picking up either” Tomoya says as he goes back to reading his jump vista manga.

“probably they're in a club, having a good ti....” Not even a second could pass, Noelle jumps on him and knocks him down with her overwhelming strength of a gorilla, at least that's how it felt for Tomoya who couldn't finish his statement.

“For a smart guy like you, you're surely an idiot.” Noelle says feeling annoyed by him.

The classroom door slides open as Mica appears, looking all soaked in rain. She sits down lying her head on top of the desk without saying a word to Noelle and Tomoya.

Noelle walks up to her and pats her head, whispering to her, "there's a spider on your shoulder".

Mica instantly wakes up screaming as she brushes off her shoulders as Noelle steps back, watching and laughing at her.

"That wasn't funny ya know" Mica says as she nervously bit her lip, attempting to hide her discomfort while her gaze darted away, avoiding direct eye contact with Noelle.

"aww....do you feel embarrassed?" Noelle asks her with a mischievous glint in her eyes and a sly grin adorns her face.

"Enough with the teasing, Where are the others Mica?" she asks with a commanding presence. At the back of the class, Tomoya looks at both of them as He silently pondered, his thoughts orchestrating a private symphony within the confines of his mind, and another thought pops up, "Noelle is very Scary and annoying like a gorilla".

Amidst the rain's gentle embrace, a student exudes effortless style, clad in a well - fitted ensemble that effortlessly blends casual and chic elements, but the wet droplets cling to his well groomed attire, Accentuating their carefree charm as he relish the scenic beauty, a captivating blend of Nature and urban life standing on a rooftop's edge.

With a subtle motion, he gracefully retrieves his phone from the pocket, fingers moving with practiced ease. The sleek device emerges, Catching the light as it glides into his hand, ready to unlock a world of connectivity and information.

He finds out seventeen messages unread from Tomoya. He reads one of them as his temper rises with every word he reads silently. "you bastard, i'll kick your cans when i catch you" he says as he grips his phone harder trying to tightly clench his jaw, his eyes smoldering with suppressed fury as he struggles to contain the tempest raging within.

Footsteps approaching the classroom as the door slides open, Noelle diverts her attention.

"where were you two?" Noelle asks.

"since when do you care where people are?" Nico asks with a slight grin on his face while Aoi stands besides him silently.

"Anyway i was taking a nap and i just woke up minutes ago so i decided to come back to class and also i met Aoi on the way here" he says.

Nico sits down as Aoi continues to stand like a statue pinned to the ground. Nico looks at the back of the class and sees Tomoya playing his hand held game console and a sinister grin slowly crept across his face, like a shadow descending upon the landscape of his features, as the malevolent seed of his twisted idea took root in the garden of his mind.

"Yo! Tomoya......" "shut up you potato sack, you're destroying my concentration" Tomoya interrupts Nico before he could finish his sentence.

Tomoya felt a peculiar disturbance in the air as if the impending doom had decided to RSVP with a comically ominous entrance. The hairs on the back of his neck stood at attention and a faint ominous drumroll seemed to play in the background, setting the stage for what promised to be a showdown of slapstick proportions.

The classroom door slides open with a bang as Tomoya diverts his attention to none other the hot headed Kakucho filled with anger ready to blast out fire from his breath like a dragon. Tomoya's eyes widened as Kakucho cracked his knuckles, each pop punctuating the impending threat in a rhythm.

Kakucho walks up to Tomoya while Nico tries to utter a few words to Kakucho but the next thing is that Nico finds himself lying on the ground with vibrant visuals and exaggerated reactions mirrored the whimsy and resilience characteristic of anime slapstick.

"Who do you think you're calling a frog eyed chipmunk?" he shouts closely to his face seizing him by the collar of his uniform making him drop his hand-held console.

Tomoya's mood changed and became aas aggressive as Kakucho and seized his collar also as they continue to have their argument emphasizing more anime slapstick. As Nico is still lying on the ground wondering how he made it to that point in a flash like a crazy person, The girls continue to watch as Noelle chants at Kakucho and Tomoya while Aoi and Mica's eyes shrank sitting there silently.

"What's going on in here?" Everybody stopped as they were wide-eyed and visibly shocked, exchanged glances conveying a shared sense of bewilderment. Nico wakes up instantly jumping while saying in mid-air, "Anna my darling". A punch lands on Nico with a comical "boink" sound accompanied by stars and cartoonish effects swirling around Nico's head while he's lying on the ground for the second time.

"Sorry for keeping you waiting guys" she says casting a gentle spell of comfort, ignoring the fact that she punched Nico.

"Sheesh and i thought i was a gorilla" Noelle says humorously.

Anna gives a scary glance to Noelle while Noelle sees her at a different perspective, like a huge scary Gorilla, but yet more scared of her.

"Now, since we're all here, lets go hangout" Anna says feeling joyous

"What's the occasion for this?" Nico asks

"we're celebrating our friendship, For the past years, all we have ever done is studying and it got me thinking that there's much more in life than studying. All i'm saying that is i don't want to end high school without bonding together, without making memories", She says with an Authenticity in the crinkle of her eyes and the subtle curve of her lips, creating an atmosphere so genuine that it effortlessly tugs at the corners of their mouth.

Everyone felt the warmth from her statement. "well i think that's a great idea" Nico says

"What are we waiting for, lets go have fun. i've been bored with school anyways" Kakucho adds

"i think we all agree but the question is, Where to?" Noelle ask

As they stepped out onto the bustling streets of Shibuya, the students couldn't contain their excitement, their eyes sparkling with anticipation. Each one brought their unique expertise to the table: there was Tomoya, the coding prodigy, Noelle, the robotics whiz, Mica, the mathematical genius, Aoi, the physics virtuoso, Nico, the biology marvel, Kakucho the engineering wizard, and Anna the chemistry sensation.

Their first stop was a visit to Akihabara, Tokyo's famous electronics district. With a gleam in their eyes, they marveled at the latest gadgets and gizmos on display, eagerly discussing the intricate engineering behind each device. Kakucho couldn't resist tinkering with a robotic arm on one of the displays, much to the delight of his friends. Meanwhile, Noelle shared insider knowledge about the cutting-edge technology being developed in Japan, leaving everyone in awe of her expertise.

Next, they made their way to Harajuku, the fashion mecca of Tokyo. Here, amidst the vibrant street fashion and quirky boutiques, the students let their imaginations run wild. Nico couldn't resist examining the intricate patterns and colors of traditional Japanese textiles, drawing inspiration for his next research project. Mica eagerly snapped photos of the eclectic fashion styles on display, already brainstorming algorithms to analyze fashion trends.

As the sun began to set, they found themselves in Shinjuku, home to Tokyo's electrifying nightlife. With smiles on their faces, they navigated through the maze-like streets, soaking in the neon lights and pulsating energy of the city. Tomoya suggested they visit a karaoke bar, and soon they found themselves belting out their favorite tunes with reckless abandon. Even Aoi, who was usually reserved, couldn't help but join in the fun, her laughter ringing out into the night.

Their adventure culminated in a visit to Tokyo Tower, its majestic silhouette towering over the city skyline. As they gazed out at the breathtaking panorama below, a sense of awe washed over them. For a moment, they were reminded of the boundless possibilities that lay ahead, the infinite potential waiting to be unlocked through their collective brilliance.

In a Quaint cafe in Shinjuku, They settle around a table, ready to share their stories.

"Today was fun" Anna says

"well since we're here we might as well know each other's backgrounds. so who's going to start? Anna asks.

"i'll go first" Mica says

"From a young age, my mind was a whirlwind of numbers and equations, my fascination with mathematics a beacon of light in a world filled with uncertainty. Despite the challenges i faced, i excelled academically, my talent catching the attention of a local philanthropist who offered me a scholarship to attend an elite high school. It was a chance for Me to escape the confines of my circumstances, to reach for the stars and chase her dreams with abandon.

But the road to success was fraught with obstacles, and i knew that i would have to fight twice as hard to prove myself in a world that often seemed stacked against me. Yet, i refused to be deterred by the naysayers and doubters who dismissed my ambitions as nothing more than lofty dreams. With unwavering determination, i threw myself into studies, my passion for mathematics serving as a guiding light in the darkness.

My trip to Tokyo was a dream come true, a chance to explore the world beyond the borders of my hometown, Miami and inspire others to pursue their passions against all odds. Here, amidst the bustling streets and towering skyscrapers, I felt a sense of belonging that i had never known before. Surrounded by like-minded individuals who shared my thirst for knowledge, i felt a kinship that transcended language and culture.

But beneath the surface of excitement lay a sense of fear, a nagging doubt that whispered in the depths of my soul. Despite my success, i couldn't shake the feeling that i didn't belong, that i was an imposter in a world of geniuses and prodigies. And as i embarked on my journey to Tokyo, i carried with me a silent hope that one day, i would find the confidence to embrace my brilliance, to stand tall and proud in the face of adversity.

But until that day came, i would continue to chase my dreams with unwavering determination, a beacon of hope in a world that often seemed devoid of light".

Throughout the story there's a palpable sense of empathy and connection as everyone immerse themselves in the emotional journey unfolding before them.

"Thank you for sharing that with us. Your story touched our hearts deeply and we admire your courage in opening up about such personal experiences. all of us are here to support each other" Anna says as she wipes a tear.

"okay i guess it's my turn"  Noelle says as she hold her hands together, leaning on the table ready to share her story.

"In the bustling streets of Tokyo, where tradition clashed with innovation, My childhood was a delicate balance between two worlds. Born into a family steeped in the rich tapestry of Japanese culture, i found myself torn between my heritage and my passion for technology. From a young age, i was captivated by robots, their mechanical marvels a source of fascination and wonder in a world governed by tradition and convention.

But my parents, staunch traditionalists with deep roots in the community, viewed my interests with skepticism, urging me to focus on more practical pursuits. They dreamed of a future where i would follow in their footsteps, upholding the family legacy and honoring the traditions of generations past. Yet, try as i might, i could not suppress the fire that burned within me, the relentless curiosity that drove me to explore the frontiers of technology.

As i grew older, i immersed myself in the world of robotics, devouring books and online tutorials in search of knowledge. my bedroom became a laboratory of sorts, a sanctuary where i could tinker and experiment to my heart's content. But despite my best efforts, my parents remained unconvinced, their disapproval casting a shadow over my dreams.

Yet, amidst the disapproval and disappointment, i found solace in my creations. Each robot i built was a testament to my passion and determination, a silent rebellion against the expectations that threatened to suffocate me. And as i watched my creations come to life, i felt a sense of purpose wash over me, a reminder that my dreams were worth fighting for.

My trip to Tokyo was a homecoming of sorts, a chance to reconnect with my roots and showcase my talents to the world. Here, amidst the neon-lit streets and towering skyscrapers, i felt a sense of belonging that i had never known before. Surrounded by like-minded individuals who shared his passion for technology, i felt alive in a way that he had never felt back home.

But beneath the surface of excitement lay a sense of guilt, a nagging doubt that whispered in the recesses of my mind. Despite my success, i couldn't shake the feeling that i was betraying my family, forsaking the traditions that had shaped my upbringing. And as i embarked on my journey to Tokyo, i carried with me a silent hope that one day, my parents would understand, that they would see the value in my passion and support me in my pursuit of my dreams.

But until that day came, i would continue to follow the path that called to me, a path paved with innovation and discovery, a path that led me ever closer to the future i had always dreamed of". she finishes as Anna is left crying after hearing all that.

"Don't cry Anna , as long as we're together we can achieve our goals without anything in our path"

"Jeez i thought Gorillas don't cry...." Anna instantly knocks Kakucho down.

"it's getting late guys we should get going"  Tomoya says

"Before we leave, if we ever becoming successful and whenever you want us to reunite again, we should meet up here in Australia, canberra, at lake burley where a garden of larkspurs are.

And so, as the night enveloped them in its embrace, they walked on, hearts heavy with the weight of the stories they had heard, yet buoyed by the knowledge that they had shared something truly profound. For in the act of listening, they had found solace, in the act of sharing, they had found connection, and in the act of going home, they had found peace.

And though the road ahead may be long and fraught with challenges, they walked it with heads held high, hearts open to whatever the future may hold. For they knew that no matter how dark the night may seem, the dawn would always come, bringing with it the promise of a new day, a new beginning, and a new chance to write their own story.

And so, with hope in their hearts and courage in their souls, they journeyed homeward, ready to face whatever lay ahead, knowing that they were never truly alone. For in the end, it was the stories they had shared and the connections they had forged that would light their way home, guiding them through the darkness and into the light.

But as fate would have it, the threads that bound them together would soon unravel, leaving behind nothing but shattered fragments of what once was.

Tomoya, the coding prodigy, had always felt like an outsider among his peers. Born into a family of engineers, he had been raised in the shadow of his parents' expectations, his own talents overlooked and overshadowed by their achievements. Despite his brilliance, he couldn't shake the feeling of inadequacy that gnawed at him from within, a constant reminder that he would never be good enough in the eyes of those he loved. And so, when success finally came knocking at his door, it brought with it a sense of validation that he had longed for his entire life. But as he basked in the glow of his newfound fame, he couldn't help but feel a twinge of guilt, a nagging sense that he was leaving his friends behind in his pursuit of greatness. And when they failed to share in his joy, he felt the first cracks begin to form in the facade of their friendship, a harbinger of the storm that was yet to come.

Noelle, the robotics whiz, had always felt the weight of her father's expectations bearing down on her like a heavy burden. Born into a family of esteemed scientists, she had been groomed from a young age to follow in her father's footsteps, her own dreams and desires relegated to the sidelines in favor of her family's ambitions. Despite her natural talent for innovation, she couldn't escape the feeling that she was living in the shadow of her own legacy, her own achievements pale in comparison to those of her father. And so, when success finally came knocking at her door, it brought with it a sense of liberation that she had longed for her entire life. But as she embarked on her journey to greatness, he couldn't shake the feeling of guilt that gnawed at her from within, a silent reminder that she was betraying his family in her pursuit of happiness. And when they failed to support her in his endeavors, she felt the first cracks begin to form in the facade of their friendship, a sign of the rift that was yet to come.

Mica, the mathematical genius, had always struggled with feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt. Raised in a single-parent household, she had been forced to fend for herself from a young age, her own dreams and desires pushed aside in favor of survival. Despite her natural talent for numbers, she couldn't escape the feeling that she was an imposter in a world of true geniuses, her own achievements overshadowed by those of her peers. And so, when success finally came knocking at her door, it brought with it a sense of validation that she had longed for her entire life. But as she reveled in the glow of her newfound fame, she couldn't help but feel a twinge of guilt, a nagging sense that she was abandoning her friends in her pursuit of greatness. And when they failed to understand her struggles, she felt the first cracks begin to form in the facade of their friendship, a sign of the fracture that was yet to come.

Aoi, the physics virtuoso , had always felt like an outsider among her peers. Born into a family of esteemed scientists, he had been raised in the shadow of her father's legacy, her own dreams and desires pushed aside in favor of tradition. Despite her natural talent for innovation, she couldn't shake the feeling that she was an imposter in a world of true prodigies, her own achievements pale in comparison to those of her family. And so, when success finally came knocking at his door, it brought with it a sense of liberation that she had longed for her entire life. But as she embarked on her journey to greatness, she couldn't escape the feeling of guilt that gnawed at her from within, a silent reminder that she was betraying her family in her pursuit of happiness. And when they failed to support her in her endeavors, she felt the first cracks begin to form in the facade of their friendship, a sign of the chasm that was yet to come.

Nico, the biology marvel, had always felt like an outsider among his peers. Born into a family of artists, he had been raised in a world of creativity and expression, his own dreams and desires pushed aside in favor of tradition. Despite his natural talent for science, he couldn't shake the feeling that he was an imposter in a world of true intellectuals, her own achievements pale in comparison to those of her family. And when they failed to understand her struggles, she felt the first cracks begin to form in the facade of their friendship, a sign of the rupture that was yet to come.

Kakucho, the engineering wizard, had always felt like an outsider among his peers. Born into a family of humble means, he had been raised in a world of hardship and struggle, his own dreams and desires pushed aside in favor of survival. Despite his natural talent for innovation, he couldn't shake the feeling that he was an imposter in a world of true geniuses, his own achievements pale in comparison to those of his family. And so, when success finally came knocking at his door, it brought with it a sense of validation that he had longed for his entire life. But as he reveled in the glow of his newfound fame, he couldn't help but feel a twinge of guilt, a nagging sense that he was abandoning his friends in his pursuit of greatness. And when they failed to understand his struggles, he felt the first cracks begin to form in the facade of their friendship, a sign of the schism that was yet to come.

And finally, Anna, the chemistry sensation from Moscow, had always struggled with feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt. Born into a family of esteemed scientists, she had been raised in the shadow of her parents' legacy, her own dreams and desires pushed aside in favor of tradition. Despite her natural talent for science, she couldn't shake the feeling that she was an imposter in a world of true intellectuals, her own achievements pale in comparison to those of her family. And when they failed to understand her struggles, she felt the first cracks begin to form in the facade of their friendship, a sign of the disintegration that was yet to come.

And so, as the years passed and the cracks in their friendship widened, communication faltered, misunderstandings multiplied, and resentments festered like wounds left untreated. Their once joyful gatherings became tense and strained, the laughter that once filled the air replaced by awkward silences and forced smiles. And when they finally reached the breaking point, when the weight of their own insecurities became too much to bear, their friendship shattered like fragile glass, leaving behind nothing but shattered fragments of what once was.

In the aftermath of the confrontation, the group found themselves facing a stark reality: their friendship, once the cornerstone of their lives, lay in ruins, irreparably damaged by the passage of time and the weight of their own insecurities. And though they may have cherished the memories they had shared and the moments they had experienced together, they knew that they could never go back to the way things were.

But amidst the pain and the heartache, there was a glimmer of hope, a silent promise that perhaps, one day, they would find a way to mend what had been broken, to rebuild the bridges that had been burned, and to once again find solace in the warmth of each other's company. For friendship, like life itself, was a journey filled with twists and turns, highs and lows, joy and sorrow. And though they may have lost their way for a time, they knew that as long as they held onto hope and kept their hearts open, they would eventually find their way back home.

And so, as they parted ways and went their separate paths, they carried with them the memories of a friendship that had once been, and the hope of a future that was yet to come.

In the heart of Tokyo, where the city's ceaseless energy pulsed through the veins of its streets, there existed a group of friends whose bond had once been as unyielding as the concrete beneath their feet. Seven souls, each harboring their own dreams and sorrows, had woven a tapestry of friendship that seemed destined to endure. But as time unfurled its relentless march, their once vibrant camaraderie had withered, leaving behind only the echoes of what once was.

Tomoya had ascended to the zenith of success as the titan of a tech conglomerate, his brilliance in coding illuminating the path to untold heights of innovation. Yet, amid the blinding glare of achievement, he found herself ensnared by the shadows of loneliness, the hollow echo of his laughter reverberating through the empty corridors of his opulent penthouse.

Noelle had forged a legacy as a luminary in the realm of robotics, her creations hailed as miracles of ingenuity that defied the bounds of imagination. But beneath the accolades and adulation lay a cavernous void of solitude, her workshop echoing with the haunting silence of unspoken dreams and shattered bonds.

Mica had etched her name into the annals of academia as a luminary of mathematical genius, her equations transcending the boundaries of human understanding. Yet, amid the dizzying heights of intellectual acclaim, she found herself adrift in a sea of isolation, the echoes of her voice lost amidst the vast expanse of her empty apartment.

Aoi had ascended to the pinnacle of scientific inquiry as a vanguard in the study of the cosmos, her discoveries unlocking the secrets of the universe itself. But amid the vast expanse of knowledge she had unearthed, she found herself ensnared by the suffocating embrace of solitude, the stars above offering no solace for the ache within her heart.

Nico had carved a legacy as a luminary in the realm of biology, his insights illuminating the hidden intricacies of life itself. But beneath the verdant tapestry of his laboratory lay a desolate landscape of regret, the petals of his once vibrant dreams scattered to the winds of time.

Kakucho had cemented his place in history as an architect of innovation, his designs shaping the landscape of a world yet to come. But beneath the towering edifices of his success lay a barren wasteland of regret, the echoes of his laughter drowned out by the roar of a world that had long forgotten his name.

And Anna, had etched her name into the annals of science as a titan of chemical innovation, her breakthroughs paving the way for a future yet to unfold. But amid the crucible of discovery, she found herself ensnared by the suffocating embrace of solitude, the whispers of her past drowned out by the cacophony of her achievements.

For years, they had drifted apart, their paths diverging as they chased the fleeting specter of success and fulfillment. But as the years unfurled their relentless march, a seed of longing took root within their hearts, a silent plea for the warmth of companionship and the solace of shared memories.

And so, one fateful day, as the sun dipped beneath the horizon and the shadows of twilight enveloped the world in their embrace, Anna made a decision that would alter the course of their lives forever. With tears cascading down her cheeks like silent raindrops, she set out to find her long-lost friends and reunite them once more, to rekindle the flame of their friendship amidst the fading petals of memory.

Her journey carried her across oceans and continents, through the corridors of power and the tangled labyrinth of memory. And as she reached out to each of her friends in turn, she found that they too had been consumed by the relentless ache of solitude, their souls yearning for the warmth of companionship and the solace of shared memories.

Together, they embarked on a journey of rediscovery, their hearts heavy with the weight of lost time and shattered dreams. And as they converged upon the tranquil shores of Lake Burley, amidst a garden of delphiniums whose petals shimmered like tears in the dying light, they knew that they had been given a second chance to reclaim the bond that had been lost to time.

For friendship, like life itself, was a fragile blossom whose petals wilted beneath the relentless gaze of time. But amidst the fading echoes of lost dreams and broken promises, they found solace in the warmth of each other's embrace, and the promise of a tomorrow yet to come.

And as they stood amidst the gentle rustle of the wind and the soft murmur of the waves, they knew that their journey was far from over. For they had been given a second chance to reclaim the bond that had been lost to time, to weave anew the fragile petals of memory and forge a path forward together.

And as they watched the stars twinkle in the velvet embrace of the night, they knew that no matter what trials and tribulations lay ahead, they would face them together, hand in hand, heart to heart, forever bound by the fragile petals of memory.
