The squad gathered in the Survey Corps headquarters, awaiting Captain Zoe, who entered carrying a sizable chart. With a swift motion, he unfurled the illustration on the table, revealing a complex design resembling a weapon or tool.

Erwin, ever curious, was the first to inquire, "What is this, Captain?"

"I've been developing a weapon designed to restrain and immobilize titans," Captain Zoe explained, prompting Erwin and Roku to follow the intricate details closely while others struggled to grasp its workings.

Miche voiced his confusion, "I don't get it."

Nanaba sought clarification, "So, using this weapon will help us immobilize titans?"

"Exactly," confirmed Captain Zoe. "However, there's a catch. To immobilize a 3 or 4-meter titan, we'll need a minimum of 10 of these devices. The required number increases as the titan's height increases."

Roku, considering the limitations, posed a critical question, "How many of these devices can we produce?"

"I estimate we can create around 20," replied Captain Zoe. "But in my opinion, our best strategy would be to target a 3 or 4-meter titan. It'll be easier for investigation and handling. I'm eager to see this in action."

Roku, contemplating the strategy, proposed a suggestion. "So, if we're targeting smaller titans, I have an idea on how to lure them."

"Please, go on," prompted Captain Zoe.

"The optimal location for deploying these weapons is within a forest," Roku began, his voice firm and confident. "The dense foliage will provide cover, allowing us to conceal the devices. Moreover, we need elevated positions to ensure we can target the titan from multiple angles."

He continued, "To lure the titan, we'll require two highly skilled individuals equipped with ODM gear. Alongside them, we'll need ten soldiers adept at attracting the titan's attention and guiding it toward our designated trap area. Meanwhile, I alongside additional soldiers, will position ourselves strategically in the passageway, ready to intervene if any complications arise. If the situation becomes dire and the titan threatens the safety of our team, I won't hesitate to eliminate it, even if it means sacrificing the capture."

Roku's words hung in the air, his commitment to preserving lives resounding through the room. Erwin, known for his strategic prowess, immediately endorsed the plan. "That's a solid strategy, Roku. I'm in agreement."

Nanaba and Miche, acknowledging the viability of the plan, nodded in unison. "Sounds good to us."

"Alright, let's proceed with this plan," Captain Zoe affirmed. "Erwin, accompany me. We need to discuss our strategies with the commander."

As Captain Zoe and Erwin made their way toward the commander's office, the weight of responsibility hung heavy on their shoulders. The plan proposed by Roku was meticulous, demonstrating both caution and determination in equal measure.

Arriving at the commander's office, Captain Zoe and Erwin outlined Roku's plan, emphasizing its strengths and the calculated measures they had devised to ensnare the titan. The commander, attentive and contemplative, listened intently as they detailed each aspect of the proposed operation.

"Impressive strategy," the commander remarked, nodding approvingly. "It shows great tactical thinking and consideration for safety."

He leaned forward, studying the layout diagram on the table, his gaze tracing the placements of the immobilizing devices and the planned movements of the team. "This plan seems well-constructed and holds promise. Execute it as discussed, but remain adaptable to unforeseen circumstances."

Captain Zoe and Erwin acknowledged the commander's advice, their determination unwavering. With a shared sense of purpose, they departed from the office, ready to set the wheels of their plan in motion.
