The next day after Celeste left.

I didn't go hunting last night again because the town was high in alert because of a stupid person wearing a gray jacket shooting at the caravan.

And also I had no sleep.

I just woke up on my bench, and it was 6:00am.

Last night, I slept at 3:00pm which means I slept for 15 hours. because I haven't slept because of a certain something I made.

I don't know why I made that thing but I just made that bracelet.

Probably to have her owe me.

7:00 to 9:00 I read potion books.
9:00 to 12:00 I Read in the library
12:00-12:30 I eat lunch
12:30-2:00 I do woodworking
2:00-3:30 is Piano.
3:30-6:00 is blacksmithing.
6:00 -7:00 is potion making
7:00-9:00 is eating then sleeping.
9:00-10:30 is practicing archery/sword fighting.
11:00-3:30 is hunting.
3:30-6:30 is sleeping.
6:30-7:00 is breakfast.

I woke up at 7:00am, the date today is 04/25

There are lot of people in the announcement board.

I went near and asked about what is happening.

"Hey, what's up?"

"Hey, nail pusher, today they said that some people of the Moon Clan will visit the town today."

"They were the ones who planned the construction of the colliseum in Quina, they went to check the progress and also try out their machines if they will work."

The construction from where I worked for was for building a colliseum.

"Then, what's with the people? So what if the Moonclansmen are coming?"

"They said that some Nobles are coming."

"Nobles? Like princesses?"

"No, they didn't say anything about Royalty."

"Hmm.... I don't know why you guys are exited, but Nobles are a hassle."

I just finished the 'Preparatory Guide to Potions yesterday' and started on 'Bad status Potions' shelf today.

I am now able to make Normal Grade potions of the bad-status causing potions and Low-grade bad-status curing potions.

Right now, I reduced my reading time in potion books and increased my time on the Library.

The reason is because I decided that I will not have time to finish all the shelves when I turn 15, so I decided to focus on creating Bad status potions.

I didn't want to know how to make HP potions because HP potions are way too common.

I finished reading at 9:00 and went to the library.

There I got a book called 'Types of strings'.

The reason I got this was I was planning to buy a new set of string later.

I went to the counter and looked at berserker.

Looking at this girl now and looking back 2 years ago.

She looked like she haven't aged at all.

I know that Half elf means part elf and part human... but you classify a person's race based on his dominant blood.

In other words, 49% human and 51% elf is considered elf, and vice versa is considered human.

Pure elves are rare right now... almost no one is a pure elf.

Pure elves lives for 300-400 years.

When they get a child from another race or with another elf with mixed blood, the child's lifespan becomes 150-200 years.

If they produce a child again with another non pure being, it goes down to 75-100 years which is normal rate.

It doesn't go down that rate anymore because other beings that mix with the blood also have the same number of years to live.

"So that means that you're growth is slowed down? But you don't look like you even grown!"

"No, my growth has not slowed down, it stopped."

"Pure elves stop growing old when they reach 15 years old and preserve that body until they finish 80% of their lifespan. When they reach that point, their body starts growing like the other races."

"My father wasn't a pure elf, but pure human, so my expected lifespan is 150-200 years."

"Wait, so that means when I grow older than 15 years old I'm biologically older than you?"

Yeah... there are a lot of times where mee and Xeline accidentally do things and then Onee-chan gets exited... then we need to act it out.

"Oh, I wanted to borrow some books about classes, my friend from school wants to borrow it but they cannot leave campus."

"Don't they have it at the school library?"

"The one from school was borrowed by another student so I went here."

Onee-chan went to get the book.

Xeline went to the shelves to get a random book.

Berserker, or, monster... Let's stick with berserker, I got used to it.

Berserker started reading after things calmed down.

I opened the book that I got a while ago about strings.

While reading I come across something.

I'm planning on killing more number of charge dogs later.

And I also learned Amputation now which is a carving skill.

I have been practicing it since I started 5 years ago and I finally learned how to do it.

It is also a skill you can use at live monsters as well and deal a large amount of maximum HP depending on how big the part cut is.

Which is impossible to do because of conditions that I will explain later.

In the library you can borrow books but you need to have the librarian record and process it. We don't need to do this cause we know the Monster Berserker Librarian.

"Onee-chan, why do you need to borrow that?"

These papers are called 'Requests' which is a request of a customer to the shop that is related to woodworking. Making furniture, weapons, etc.

I started doing some of the request that are being made to the shop.

I remembered that I was able to make a bow that was better than the one the Moi guy gave me.

It was a recurve bow made up of the best wood that can be used for bows which was durable and has the best sturdiness for bows. I bought the wood from the adventurers which was worth 2,000,000 Varas which was called 'Ciel Brun'.

I learned about it after finishing the compressed book he gave me.

After finishing, I painted it with black and on the middle part white. The black is to easily hide the color of the bow in the shadows, and to properly see my hand when I place it on the bow, I colored the middle white.

The string was what the old man gave me which was said to be the best for bows.

He said that the payment was my salary for one year because he didn't want to bother giving me money.

The string was truly sturdy and it looked expensive, he said that the process it was made was a trade secret and it was made by different materials and chemicals.

I was reluctant but when I felt the string I just shut up and accepted it.

He said it was called 'Stedrah'.

By the way, when I'm hunting I don't have anything to hold my bow into so I just hold it in my hand and drop it on the ground when I'm not going to use it.

I made the requests at the woodworking workshop.

After I have done the requests ,I would try to make a piano.

The old man gave me the blue print and I try to make it.

"Oi Old man."

"Yeah yeah."

I would ask the old man to teach me make some part of it because it was complicated to make compared to others.

These past 2 years we had finished only 2 pianos, this is because the old man was teaching me while I made it. And it truly is complicated and complex to make.

"Oi, piano."

"Yeah, yeah."

2:00 came and I went to play the piano.

The old man was still judging me but he was less noisy compared to before probably because I was improving.

I would play it until 3:30 and go to the blacksmith.

I went inside the blacksmith and the blacksmith was there.

"Oi flameboy, Cecil's in the back, go make your flame burn brighter HAHAHAHAHA!"

I went to the workshop and Cecil was smithing like usual.

"I won't work today."

"You are going to continue the experiment you did yesterdey? Okay then. Good luck!"

I already finished the book about the materials for smithing.

The one I was making was a equipment that will store my string.

I always carry around the string when I use it, I thought it would be useful to have it attached to my belt.

The equipment would store the strings and the string would go up the sleeve of my hoodie jacket and come out of my left sleeve.

I decided to use the cheapest lightest metal I can grab.

As for the belt, I made it in the sewing shop, it was a belt that had pockets that can contain nails on the right side, a place where to place a sword scabbard on the left side, and a dagger scabbard on the right. I also made it be able to hold a quiver in the back of the belt for my arrows. I just buy normal arrows from the adventurers in the market saying I need them for practicing archery. They are just 5 varas each.

I have a dagger now that I made through smithing. It was as dagger that specializes in stabbing. It's blade was a foot long and an inch wide, with its handle being black in color. I put it in a black scabbard and put it on the belt.

The scabbard was made by Cecil. She made it because I told her I would keep the dagger I made as celebrating for me for learning how to smith, and she suggested making a scabbard for it.

The black scabbard was engraved with the name 'Love Master' by Cecil which was pretty cool(Which I realized was embarrassing in the future).

For the sword I haven't made one yet. Since I only use the sword in the training area, I wasn't allowed to go out with it.

I decided to not use swords yet and master the bow first. Since I was always using nails to stab monsters, I can use the dagger pretty easily.

I made prototypes until 5:00.

"..... still failures huh?"

I tried to continue on another project which were metal gauntlets with sharp claws.

This is not a weapon but a utility equipment.

I would use this to climb trees because it will be useful in dire situations.

In the past 2 years, I got into situations where I needed to climb trees quickly, so I decided to make this.

I tried to make it but I decided to make it a little bigger than the current size of my hand because I don't want to make another one when it doesn't fit anymore. I read that from ages 10-15, a growth spurt is expected for males.

I made them until 6:00.

".....Still failures as well..."

"I don't know what you're making, but hang in there love master!"

I turned my head towards the female.

She had black hair and red eyes, she looked like she was a little younger than Sensei.

I worked on making Mana Potions but I can't make one. The liquid just turns into some Blue liquid that doesn't do anything.

I worked until 7:00pm and left the shop.

I went to the bench and ate.

"Hmmm, I wonder how hard that spider string is..."

I would use it to test it out later on charge dogs.

Speaking of charge dogs, I can kill them now.

They are monsters that will mindlessly charge after a person.

The first time I tried to kill a charge dog I tried to use the same method as the bear.

My foot was bleeding so I can't walk properly.

I pulled out a paralysis potion and tried to pour it on my foot.

Paralysis potion paralyzes the part of the body temporarily, which means it might also paralyze the pain... I tried it out and it worked.

I jumped down the tree and fall on my butt.

I can't move my foot because of paralysis so I was not able to land properly.

"Damn... I guess no monster hunting or even work for some time..."

I walked while lumping towards the side of the river until I reached town and I dived into the water, dragging me into the lake again.

I went up to the surface and laid down.

I looked at my foot and it was still bleeding.

"Shikshou(Damn it)! How should I deal with this!"

I felt someone's presence again today.

I poured the medicine on my wound and it stopped the bleeding.

I wrapped the dressing on it to cover it.

"....I can't move... I guess I'll just sleep here for today and hope for the best."

I slept that night.

The next day, I woke up and I was on the bench. There is also a medical crutch beside me.

I thought about it and decided not to think any further.

In this event, I wasn't able to do any jobs for a week.

While thinking about her I fell asleep.

I tried luring two dogs to it but it snapped, so I went up a tree but that time, It wasn't able to reach me because when the wall snapped, the momentum of their charge made them roll on the ground for a few seconds.

Come to think about it, I also read something about an Alpha Charge Dog which was considered a Boss Monster but I haven't seen it yet.

I continued to hunt as I think of random thoughts.

As I hunt today, I was going to try to use the spider strings to find out how many dogs it will stop.

While hunting I saw three people.

"Wait for me Heallie!"

"Hahaha! You can't catch me Cry-chan!"

"Both of you, please don't play around."

"Don't be such a killjoy Pallie-chan!"

There were three kids.

Yes, three kids with weird names.

All of them had black hair, but they have different colored eyes.

The one they called Pallie has blue eyes. Her hair is long on the back, reaching her waists with some bangs. She is carrying a sword and a shield and is slightly taller than the other two. She is wearing armor and a long skirt. She is about my age. She looks beautiful.

The one they called Heallie has green eyes, she is wearing two white ribbons on top and has small twin tails on them while having her hair to her waist. Wearing a black robe with a white moon on the back. She is shorter than Pallie. Seems younger than me.

Then there was Cry, who had white irises on her eyes, and has short bobbed hair. She is wearing a red robe and is wielding a wand. She is the same height as Heallie. Probably the same age as Heallie.

The first thing you would notice when seeing them is that their eyes were glowing.

"Why the hell are there kids outside of town?"

I then remembered about the Moon Clansmen.

They were people who were able to become adventurers from the day they we're born.

So these kids are adventurers huh? Might as well observe them on how they do stuff.

The three are playing around when 6 figures suddenly approached them.

It was a pack of Charge dogs.

"This is why I told you to not mess around!"

Pallie rushed in front of them facing the dogs.

"<Taunt!>"

The charge dogs turned to Pallie and starting charging at here.

As expected of adventurers, she just took them head on with her shield and didn't even budge.

"These are just weak monsters right? I'll heal you later Pallie-chan!, though, I don't think I need to yet!"

"Cry-sama!"

"Okay! <Flame Bolt!>"

The white eyed wand glowed and 6 Fireballs were launched to each of the dogs.

The Fireballs pierced the dogs then the dogs were set on fire, turning them to black.

As expected of adventurers, they instantly defeated 6 charge dogs.

"Cry-chan is so mean! They got burned to a crisps!"

"They got turned into 'Hot Dogs'!"

"That was so funny Cry-chan!"

"Ha.ha.ha.ha.ha......"

Pallie laughed dryly.

Why did Heallie say 'Thats was so funny Cry-chan!'. Shouldn't you laugh when it's funny?

"I wish Sinas could've come with us..."

I decided to leave to resume my hunting.

I was satisfied with what I saw, this was the first time I saw Magic.

Magic are the most powerful attack adventurers can do, the problem was the casting time. The stronger the magic, the longer the casting time.

I also read some things about stat balance or something so that casting time and the power of magic would be optimal on how you fight.

Right now, I'm aiming for a charge dog that is alone, but I have to set up traps first.

I pushed my stringed nails on trees and attached the other end to another tree to make a walls of strings.

Since charge dogs only charge mindlessly, they will just keep trying to push through the strings even if they cannot charge through it.

I need to find a single dog first, and try if the wall of strings can stop one.

I moved around the area to find one.

It was easier to move around than before because I have mastered how to move around without making any sound and as well as hiding my presence by hiding under shadows of the trees and also behind bushes.

I remembered something dangerous I tried a year ago.

A year ago, I tried to wait for a charge dog to pass in front of me, while hiding under the shadow of a tree, and there was no cover between me and a charge dog.

The charge dog just went pass me even though it was right in front of me, it didn't notice me.

This gave me confidence, and now I am able to move around without worrying for a surprise attack.

While reminiscing I found a lone charge dog.

I shot an arrow at it then ran and lured it to the wall of string.

I slid under the wall and the charge wolf was caught in it while chasing me.

"As expected from a string made from a level 20 spider monster."

It tried to push through but it's inevitable.

But because of its nature, it keeps trying to push through even though it's impossible because he can still see me.

Charge wolf mindlessly charge when they see people.

"You look pitiful."

After talking to the charge dog because I felt like it, I shot arrows to its weak spots, which is the head and the chest, until it died.

I tried the durability of the string.

I tried luring two dogs, and it didn't break, and killed them afterwards.

I did that again with five dogs and the results were the same.

So I did another string wall behind the string walls and moved around to lure a larger number of dogs.

I lured ten dogs and ran for my life, then slid under the string wall.

So I tried to kill as many as I can before they break through.

After I killed 3 of them they broke through the first wall.

The remaining dogs couldn't get through the second wall.

I killed the remaining who couldn't break through.

I carved out every part of its body using <Amputation> and put it onto the bag I was carrying.

Every time I killed a monster I would try to slice out their body parts but it just went through making a small amount of red hp gush out.

After doing it for a while I was finally able to do it.

Whenever the bag I have is full, I will go to the left corner of the forest and put up the bags on top of trees in order to hide them from people.

These bags are a piece of cloth made into a bag. I bought them at the market for a cheap price.

I'm thinking of selling the materials I collect when I become an adventurer.

I started heading back to town.

On my way, I heard heavy footsteps and the ground was slightly vibrating.

"These footsteps..."

I know I'm going to die if I go to it so I tried to ignore it when I suddenly heard voices.

"Run faster! Heallie!"

"Why weren't we told that there was a Giga Bear in the area?!"

Based on what I heard it was a Giga Bear.

Well, I already knew it based on those footsteps.

A Giga bear is a level 25 monster that is 4 meters tall and will probably kill low level adventurers with one hit.

It was running on all fours chasing the tree Moon Clansmen.

They got cornered into the edge of the mountain.

The bear then stood on two feet.

Pallie faced the bear and prepared her shield.

"You two, I will use taunt to gain it's 'Hate', after it attacks, run back to safety..."

"Pallie! What about you!."

"Pallie-chan!"

Should I help them?

But how would I benefit in that? I don't know them anyway.

But why do I feel the urge to help them?

They have nothing to do with me!

I stopped myself from getting involved.

"Just do as I say!"

"It's my job as a Royal knight of the Moon to protect the princess with my life! Heallie you're one too! When he attacks grab the princess and run!"
