Deep into the woods

I am Kenichi.Well I am not very sociable.

You see I like drawing.I want to become an artist one day.As usual I went to my secret spot,deep into the woods.

Then I saw something.A girl among butterflies?And yellow lilies?

She was so dreamy...I couldn't stop thinking about her.I even made a drawing of her.

I have only one friend.His name is Yoshitaka.He is a childhood friend of mine.I thought he won't believe me.But he did believe me.

I was so shy when I saw my crush.Her name is Maaya.

She is kind,good at sports.I do not know if it is a good idea to confess to her.She also saw my drawing.

She was impressed.There is something about Maaya...I remember when we finished classes and it was raining.So I offered her my umbrella.

I never imagined that a girl like her would actually talk to me.And sometimes she may act too childlish.But I enjoyed being around her.

A few days later I saw her walking through the woods.I followed her.

She transformed in front of my eyes.Her dark black hair turned into silver white she was wearing a silver gown.And also silver sandal were completing the look.

Behind her head she had butterfly decoration for her hair.Butterfies also were coming around her.

She realised I was here.Of course I was embaressed.

"I am a pixie.I know pixies are considered as mythical creatures but what you see it is true.My mission is to protect the nature.I also wish to make the world a gentle place."

"Then please allow me to help you."

She was suprised.And she accepted.

"Maaya,may I call you lady butterfly?"

"It sounds...cute.I...like it."

"Then I promise to stay by your side,forever."

We made a pinky promise.And she also hugged me.So Maaya and I are on a little hill and enjoying the view.

I also offered her a yellow lily.

I am glad that this pixie is Maaya.And deep down inside I know she feels what I feel too.
