Chapter 5

Kai's school life wasn't as glamorous as he wanted it to be. He wanted so badly to be considered for a spot on the Basketball team. But he didn't even think that he could ever be accepted for what he was or even who he was. Every time he felt so alone. Azusa acted as if he didn't existed. His baskteball dreams were shot. No one wanted to be his friend because he was a Zodianite. He felt so alone that he felt as if they are better off without him. 

Haruhiko! Please tell me what to do! I beg you.Kai screamed into the void. He was driving himself insane because he wanted to be accepted for what he was. Thats why he never used his powers because he wanted to erase that part of him because he knew the reason his family was killed that day. It was no accident. They targeting his family because of him. He remembered every detail of that day, the day his life was ruined because of that. He couldn't play basketball because his classmates were afraid that he'll hurt them with his super speed, a notion that Kai hated. He genuinely wanted a fair match. But no one considered him as a human or treated him like one. 

His school life was so horrible that he wanted to escape. He wanted to forget everything that happened to him. 

He had no clue why he wanted to forget. He thought he was strong enough to handle it, but after Azusa left him, he realised how truly alone he was with nothing to call home. Kai decided to escape far away from anything that ever hurt him in Kaminari High. With a heavy heart, he left the school, feeling even worse about it. Feeling as if he did something wrong just by choosing to get away from everything.
