KAIEN POV

FIVE YEARS LATER

Our daughter started growing up.Meanwhile Chisaki came back to Japan.Still we felt a danger approaching.

NAOKO POV

ONE WEEK LATER

Kaien's priority and mine was the safety our daughter.So I went to Chisaki.

"Chisaki,something is coming.Promise me you will look after my daughter."

"Alright.Promise."

That was the last time I hugged Chisaki.For the last time I hugged my daughter.I took her to Chisaki.

"Remember papa and I love you."

"I love you mommy."

It was the last time I hugged my daughter.

KAIEN POV

I patted my daughter's head.

"One day you are going to be strong just like mommy.Remember we believe and love you."

"I love you daddy"

I embraced my daughter.So we knew it was coming.Harley Ghul the sister of Ivy and Harvey White had a grudge against us.

Harvey was a hunter and Harley had a grudge against Naoko for killing her sister.

"Go Naoko.And remember that I love you."

I kissed her for the last time.I started fighting Harvey.He was too strong.Suddenly he stabbed me with a silver stake.I knew my end was going to come.

NAOKO POV

I felt a pain to my chest.Something happened to Kaien.But I had to fight Harley.She was also after my daughter.We were equal.I vomitted blood because of my illness.

I was suffering from the virus.Back then when I left for Vatican I even drank blood from the vampires I killed when I ran out of blood bags.

I had no choice.Harley shot me with silver bullets.She went near me after I collapsed.And she started stabbing me with her dagger.

She was ready for the final strike.But I moved fast.I bit her neck to gain some energy.I was able to dodge her moves.But she stabbed my right arm and my sword was thrown away.

She was ready to attack me but I used the dagger Kamui gave me when I was still training.I was able to deflect her moves.I slipped and she was ready to kill me.But I read her moves and dodged her.I didn't give her time and I stabbed her neck.

Then I collapsed.

KAIEN POV

I was able to stand up again.A pain in my chest...Naoko...I had to defeat him.I was able to keep up with him.I used my werewolf powers.It still wasn't enough until I bit him.

Werewolf's bite is poison for vampires so I came behind him and broke his neck.

I started vommiting blood.Snow...at a time like this.I rushed to Naoko.She lost too much blood.

FLASHBACK

"Naoko,even if you fall into deep slumber I will wait for you."

"Kaien.If something else happens,promise that will strike me.Before I lose control from the virus."

"I promise I will."

END OF FLASHBACK

I saw Naoko barely opening her eyes.

"I love you Kaien."

I took the dagger and pierced it to her heart.I used the same dagger and pierced it to my heart.I am sorry my little flower.Daddy and mommy won't come home.

But we are always watching you.Even if I am dead I won't be apart from Naoko.

TWELVE YEARS LATER

UNAMED GIRL POV

I visited the grave of my parents.I left them a boquet of flowers.I felt two presences.Sometimes I feel they are watching me.

I went back to Chisaki's house.Also our cat Takumi was waiting.I petted him.Someone else was waiting for me.

"Junichi."

"Hello pipsqueak."

"Give me a break."

"Are you ready to go?"

"Where exactly?"

"It's a secret."

"Fine."

After we had breakfast, Junichi and I went to the beach. 

"You seem nervous or is it me?"

"Actually I am nervous."

"I know you can do it. I believed in you. "
