Akira faithfully follows my advice and chants the Basic Fire spell. Honestly, Akira now has the skills to perform the more advanced spell, Advance Fire. You might wonder why I insisted he chant the lower-level Basic Fire instead. It's simple: as the name implies, Basic Fire serves as fundamental training to enhance his magical foundation. Although Akira struggles with ancient language pronunciation, his singing ability is exceptional. This allows him to simultaneously train in the basics of ancient pronunciation while improving his singing skills—a threefold benefit.

Though the benefits seem modest now, this approach is a crucial part of a long-term plan to develop Akira's abilities. Some might question why not use Advance Fire in a dire situation? For now, it's sufficient to enhance his power with my accompaniment spell until he fully matures. I have absolute confidence in my soprano magic.

"What? It's just Basic, but it's stronger than my Advance?" he exclaims as flames engulf the mechanical body. The battle is decisively won.

"People are amazed at such power from a Basic spell... Akira has really become strong," I hear someone admiring. Well, this power is thanks to my accompaniment spell, though I won’t say it out loud.

As Akira walks slowly towards the fallen mechanical figure, Narsha, the bride, shouts, "Wait!"

"Salieri isn’t really a bad person!"

"He tried to take the groom’s life. If we leave him be, he might try again," Akira logically responds, and I deeply agree.

"I think he was just misguided. Please forgive him, think of it as a woman's selfish wish," she pleads.

"Does anyone else agree with Narsha?" Akira asks, unwilling to make such a critical decision based on her alone. The villagers nod in agreement.

"Akira, please give him another chance to live. I'm asking you too," the elder pleads earnestly.

"But, is there even a way to revert a human from such a mechanical body?"

"There is," I interject for the first time.

"A spellbook that can return a soul housed in inanimate objects back to its original body. I know how to obtain it. But first," I examine the mechanical body.

"Just as I thought..."

I discover a large object attached to it—a self-destruct device. "It's a bomb. If we don't do something, it will explode. Everyone, run!"

Although rigged to explode upon defeat, it hasn't detonated, and we need to defuse it now. While a male voice magic could deactivate it in one minute, Akira hasn’t mastered it yet. Female voice magic will take ten minutes.

Should I teach Akira the defusing spell? After some deliberation, I decide to perform it using female voice magic.
