Rika's mother

As the restaurant prepared to close, a woman clad in formal attire with fiery orange hair entered along with a large man wearing a tengu mask. "I wish for a private dining for 2, the woman stated.

Rika's eyes narrowed as she noticed the woman. "I'll handle her," she stated as she led the two to a private booth in the luxury seating area. She then sat down and glared at the woman sitting across from her. "Why are you here, Mother?" Rika glared.

The woman was Alice Korosekai, Rika's mother. She had once been a serial killer before being subdued by Yuugen and forced to marry him. Even though she was one of the weakest members of the Korosekai family, she was still a capable assassin.

"Your father is upset with your lack of results, though is more enraged that you are beginning to hinder the rest of the family," Alice stated.

"How so?"

"The night your father made contact with you, Ichika and Nino were publicly humiliated by you. They also ended up getting caught by Rebelle during the kill spree they went on because of what you did to Ichika. Then a few days ago, you beat up Hasue and Muku and now both are in prison."

"Ichika's the one who initiated, and pretty sure Hasue at the very least was already prison-bound considering Muku mentioned the teacher forwarded her science report to the police."

"That may be true, but I want to ensure you don't cause any more trouble for us, I.L.U., and especially Madam Ookuma."

"You trying to make me kill for that piece of shit again!?" Rika glared as she gripped her knife.

"Yes, we are."

"I refuse."

"In that case, we will kill him," Alice glared as she snapped her fingers. Immediately, a female ninja appeared holding a kunai to the neck of a bound and gagged Masaru. "Now let me ask again, will you return home and kill for us once again? You have 4 seconds. 4,3,2,1-"

"AHHHHHHHHH!"

Alice clicked her tongue as the ninja that had been holding Masaru hostage screamed in pain as her arm went flying. The kunai that it had been holding then flew at breakneck speed towards Alice, stabbing her in the left eye and sending her flying back from the impact. Rika then freed Masaru before flying towards the man in the tengu mask with her knife drawn. The man then lit his sword with fire and front flipped over Rika as he charged straight for Masaru. Rika immediately stabbed him in the back of the neck, killing him, before turning and slicing the throat of the ninja, who was still withering in pain.

"Ri- RIKA, WHAT’S HAPPENING!?" Masaru trembled.

Before Rika could react, she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her neck. She looked down and noticed a syringe in her neck as her body immediately went limp and fell to the ground.

"Now, listen to me!" Alice glared as she grabbed Rika by the hair and slammed her onto the table.

"WHAT IS GOING ON!?" Masaru screamed in shock.

"Oh? So, you didn't know. I am her mother, and these were our family's servants," Alice stated as pointed at the two Rika had slain.

"S- So you are her crazy family. I won't allow you to use underhanded tricks to rise in the cooking world!"

"My, how admirable and gullible. Do you think we are merely rouge chefs? Well, you are wrong. The Korosekai family is an assassin family."

"Korosekai!? That is not Rika's-"

"So, she didn't tell you. Her real name is Rika Korosekai, better known by her alias, Hitokiri cutlet. She is an assassin that has killed millions," Alice stated as she splashed a glass of water on her face. Her makeup washed off revealing the scars, burns, and tattoos littering her face. Sparks flew out of her stabbed eyeball as she yanked the kunai out of it. "My cybernetic eye has been damaged. Therefore, we shall await your arrival at the mansion. Should you not come in two weeks’ time, your father will come to take you back," Alice glared as she vanished in a flash.

"Ri- Rika, wh- what was all that?" Masaru trembled.

Tears began to well up in Rika's eyes as she struggled to form a coherent sentence. Waki, Itsuki, Mimi, and Matcha then came in and froze when they saw all the damage.

"I thought there was just something going on outside but was all that noise we heard coming from here!?" Matcha gasped.

"I'm sorry, I'M SORRY!" Rika cried as Masaru nervously hovered over her.

Thanks to the immobilization serum, Rika couldn't even wipe her tears away.

"Ri- Rika," Masaru mumbled.

"Just listen to what she has to say," Waki argued.

"I concur, Rika has likely been carrying a heavy burden," Itsuki stated.

"Please, she needs you," Mimi pleaded.

"Hear her out or I'll never forgive you," Matcha glared.

Masaru trembled and sat down as he gazed at a sobbing Rika. Rika realized she had no choice and took a deep breath before telling her secret. "I'm sorry. What she said was true. I'm an assassin," Rika smiled tearfully.

Masaru's eyes went wide with shock as he began to tremble even more.

"PLEASE! Just stay and listen. I'll tell you everything," Rika pleaded as she closed her eyes and told her tale.
