Chapter 91:

King David's Bongcloud

En Passant Grandmaster

Okisato opened by moving his pawn to e4, while Michiko responded with a Sicilian defense by playing pawn c5.

"Sorry, but the Sicilian defense is most efficient for countering the king's pawn opening," Michiko sneered.

A sadistic smirk began to form on Okisato's face. "But not... THE BONGCLOUD!" he laughed as he slammed his king down on e2.

Mimoko stared in horror as Michiko burst into laughter.

"Oh, you stupid, STUPID boy. First, that's a horrible play, second the "bongcloud" is actually e4, e5, then king e2. What you just performed is the Sicilian defense: King David's opening," Michiko sneered as she moved her knight to c6.

Okisato's normal persona returned as he ignored Machiko and moved his pawn to d3. Michiko also went silent, though her snarky smirk remained as she moved her knight to f6. With his king exposed, Okisato was forced to think carefully and thought for a moment before moving his knight to f3. Michiko meanwhile, already had all her moves lined up as she moved to e5 and waited for Okisato to move.

"In this scenario, Bishop f4 would be his best move," she thought as Okisato moved his pawn to d4. "Oh, well what did I expect? He's one of the more stupid breeds of men," she thought as she promptly captured said pawn with her c-pawn.

Okisato responded by capturing the offending pawn at d4 with his knight, while Michiko simply slid her queen to c7.

Mimoko, however, was breaking down in tears as she watched Okisato move his pawn to f4 and Michiko capture the pawn at e5 with her g-knight. "TANABE-KUN! THE HELL ARE YOU DOING! YOU CAN'T JUST PLAY LIKE AN IDIOT IN SUCH A HIGH STAKES MATCH!" she shouted as Okisato moved his king to e1.

"They cannot hear you. The glass prevents sound from entering, though we can hear the," Raymond stated as Michiko moved her knight to g6.

"My, and it only took 8 turns for you to hold the king at e2. Yet now you've screwed yourself, and now thanks to your ego, Mimoko Inoue will be heartbroken forever, and I'LL be maestro!" Michiko sneered as Okisato moved his knight to c3. "Oh look, another blunder. Well do cry, or are you too stupid to do that?" she sneered as she captured the pawn at f4 with her knight.

Okisato merely shook his head and let out a sigh as he moved his pawn to g3.

"I've seen through that, and it seems you knew I would too," Michiko sneered as she moved her knight to e6.

Okisato then moved his knight to b3 while Michiko moved her pawn to d4 before he moved his knight to b5 on his next turn.

"Your stupidity comes back like a boomerang. Seems you learned nothing from your first match against me. Not like I mind since it benefits me when you lose. Check," Michiko sneered as she moved her queen to e5.

Okisato held his head low as he moved his queen to e2. Michiko, however, was not willing to trade queens just yet and moved her pawn to f6. Okisato took the opportunity to move his pawn to c3, but after Michiko moved her pawn to d3, he had no choice but to capture Michiko's queen at e5 with his queen, and watch as Michiko captured his queen with her knight.

Now in a tight spot, Okisato moved his 3-knight to d4, which only made Michiko's snarky smirk even more irritating to look at as she happily traded knights by capturing the knight at d4 with her knight and Okisato captured her knight with his c-pawn.

Michiko then moved her knight to f3, putting Okisato in check once more and forcing him to move his king to f2. She then slid her pawn to d2, forcing Okisato to move his bishop to g2 to mitigate the damage. Michiko captured the bishop at c1 with her d-pawn and promoted it to a queen, despite knowing that Okisato would capture it immediately with his h-rook. However, she still had a massive edge and took the opportunity to sweep up Okisato's pawn at d4 with her knight.

"Are you starting to feel regret?" Michiko taunted as Okisato moved his knight to c7.

"...Check."

"My, a weak check, and capturing the rook won't change your predicament," Michiko sneered as she moved her king to d8 while Okisato captured her rook at a8 with his knight.

Michiko then moved her pawn to e5 as Okisato retreated his knight to c7. Michiko shifted her focus to the other side of the board and advanced her pawn to h5, prompting Okisato to counter by moving his pawn to h4, while she moved her pawn to b6 on her next turn.

Okisato shifted his focus back to his knight and moved it to d5, prompting Michiko to harass it by moving her bishop to e6. He then moved his rook to c4, pinning his knight at d5, and allowing Michiko to set up an attack by moving her pawn to g5.

Okisato slid his rook to h1 while Michiko snarkily slid her bishop to c5. He countered by moving his pawn to b4, forcing Michiko's bishop back to d6. He then chose to advance his pawn to a4 while Michiko opted to move her rook to f8.

"Tanabe-kun's been eerily quiet. That idiot... BAKA!" Mimoko cried as Okisato moved his h-rook to c1. Due to her emotional state, she was having trouble foreseeing any of the moves on the board.

Raymond however, remained calm as Michiko moved her pawn to g4. His eyes began to narrow as Okisato moved his rook to d1 followed by Michiko moving her rook to f7. "Hmm, that move will be troublesome," he thought as Okisato moved his rook to c3.

Michiko's eyes lit up as she sensed an opportunity. "Why capture the knight now, when I can lure it to a more favorable position. I'm not in the mood to trade bishops," she thought as she advanced her pawn to f5.

Okisato slid his bishop to h1 while Michiko slid her pawn to f4. He then raised his head and stared Michiko in the eyes. His eyes were bloodshot with rage, though not a tear had been shed.

"My, that sure is a helpless look. So care to lash out in anger in despair now?" Michiko sneered as Okisato captured her pawn at f4 with his knight.

Okisato only responded with a slight snarl as Michiko promptly captured his knight at f4 with her e-pawn. His mood didn't seem to change, even when he captured Michiko's knight at d4 with his rook.

"Seem's you're dreading your execution, Double check," Michiko sneered as she captured the pawn at g3 with her f-pawn, forcing Okisato's king to g1.

Michiko then slid her rook to d7 as Okisato moved his king back to f1. She brought her rook back to f7, sending Okisato's king to g1 again before moving her rook back to d7. This time Okisato moved his rook to e3, prompting Michiko to move her bishop to f7.

"Come on boy, it's rude not to respond to a woman when she asks for an answer," Michiko sneered as Okisato moved his bishop to c6.

"..."

"You know, I'd be more pissed if I wasn't in a good mood, though I really am upset you aren't crying like the pathetic idiotic lunatic you are," Michiko sneered as she moved her rook to c7.

"You want a reaction?" Okisato asked.

"Oh, you DO sound angry."

"...Yes. Now tell me, do DESPER's provide music upon request?"

"AHAHAHAHA! You want a lullaby to soothe you!? Sure, play rockabye baby in the most somber way possible!"

"No, I want... A grand epic opening theme song!" Okisato maliciously smiled as he captured the bishop at d6 with his rook.

As Okisato's requested track began to play, Michiko shook her head and slid her king to c8. "You won't get any solace from music, though you seem to be going down in delusion-"

"Yeah, shut up bitch," Okisato glared as he moved his pawn to b5.

"Boy, don't you dare cut me off," Michiko glared as she moved her king to b8.

"Why should I respect you? You're an irredeemable bitch... IN CHECK!" Okisato shouted as he slammed his rook down on d8.

Michiko countered by moving her rook to c8, but after Okisato moved his rook to d7, she bit her lip and moved her rook to c7, expecting a rook trade. The trade took place as Okisato captured her rook with his rook, and Michiko captured his rook with her king.

As soon as Okisato moved his remaining rook to e7, Michiko's snarky grin began to morph into an angry scowl. "You think you've got me!? Like hell I'd lose to you after that bongcloud blunder!" she snarled as she moved her king to d6.

"That's why I did it! To disrespect you!" Okisato laughed as he captured the bishop at f7 with his rook.

"Like you thought it'd work. You were consumed by nothing but delusion after hearing of my true skill. You are nothing, I AM a Maestro with a rating of over 3000! Which will properly be reflected, MOMENTARILY!" Michiko mockingly retorted as she slammed her pawn down on a5.

"You bitch. You really think I was brooding because of you? It's called concentration. I needed to pull off the bongcloud, or was it technically a Sicillian defense: King David's opening, well anyway, it all paid off in the best way possible."

"Delusional. I can win from this position."

"..."

"What?"

"You done yapping?"

"This again? Why must you insist on disrespecting-"

"Disrespecting shit like you's what I do! EN PASSANT!"

Michiko's face began to contort in horror as Okisato performed en passant and captured her pawn on a5 with his b-pawn. Her hands began to tremble as tears began to well up in her eyes. She then dug her nails into the sides of her head and let out a blood curdling scream as tears began pouring down her face and her makeup smeared like crazy. Mate was now imminent.

"NO! NO! YOU'RE NOT GONNA WIN!" Michiko shouted as she captured the bishop at c6 with her king.

"See ya," Okisato taunted as he advanced his pawn to a7.

Michiko frantically moved her king to d5 as Okisato moved his pawn to a8 and promoted it to a queen, putting Michiko's king in check and forcing it to d4.

Now it was smooth sailing. Okisato first moved his rook to d7, forcing Michiko's king to c3. Next, he moved his queen to e4, forcing Michiko's king down a rank to b2. He then moved his rook to d3 while Michiko began losing it and screaming incoherently as she moved her pawn to g2.

"What a piece of shit, check," Okisato maliciously smirked as he moved his queen to e2, forcing Michiko to move her king to a1. "And... CHECKMATE! YOU LOSE BITCH!" he shouted as he moved his rook to d1 and gave Michiko the middle finger.

Michiko then let loose the loudest scream in her life. She had lost in humiliating fashion, and now she was to receive a fate worse than death.
