Gentle Mom and Scary Mom

Class 1-3, Emma Smith

My mom is very gentle.

She teaches me how to make cakes and makes cute panda rice balls for my lunch every day.

Mom's cooking is very delicious.

When my little brother falls and cries, Mom gently hugs him.

My brother and I love Mom very much.

But sometimes, Mom can be scary.

She gets angry like a different mom and tells my brother to be brave and not cry.

When my brother stops crying, the scary mom says, "You got stronger," and gently pats him.

I love both the gentle mom and the scary mom.
