First friend.

"Come visit me behind school campus after class.", he said with an ordering tone.

"Huh?"

Mastato dropped the bomb and left confidently.

"Masato, do't tell me that you are going to confess today.", his friend said to him, as he was walking away.

She was a bit confused, but it wasn't her first time being confessed to. She has been confessed by other boys, and some creeps, and like every actors, she rejected them. She was surprised, mostly because it was so quick. She just came to school today, and already she is getting confessed to? Ayane cared very much about other people's feelings, but this time, it was as if, she was getting confessed to just because of her fame and not who she truly is. It made her a bit angry, of course it would. Its a bane on her self respect.

"Okay."

She continued eating her lunch without thinking much of it, but looking around, she felt some envious gazes at her. Some girls were looking at her with anger, as if she did something horrendous. But it wasn't even her fault.

Those girls were mostly those ones who were trying to be 'friendly' with Masato the egoistic, trying to get to his good side and calture his gaze. Frankly, none of those girls looked pure, it was appearant that they had many relationships with other guys, and Masato was another target for them.

Before the school day ended, Ayane managed to become friendly with one of the girls that sat beside her.

After eating lunch, she looked around. There was a girl with beautiful straight black hair, with round glasses, a small face who sat beside her. She was reading a romance book, and seemed uninterrupted by the fact that someone famous was beside her. Ayane didn't care, as these were the type of person who are true to themselves. They don't care about others' social status or others.

She was flipping the pages very cautiously and softly, and was trying to hide the book cover, but Ayane noticed the cover just by the color palette and the font type on the pages.

Forgetting about personal boundaries, she rushed over, leaning to her and curiously asking her bout it.

"Is that the book by UsernameX?!", she said with starred eyes.

She looked at her as is she had a heart attack. But then Ayane realised and backed out.

"Sorry to interrupt your personal space. Its just that nobody is talking about the book and that you are reading it that I was curious."

At first she was shocked, but then she realised that Ayane might also have read the book.

"You read the book?", she said curiously, hoping for a positive answer. And she got that.

"Yes I did. Its really good, isn't it?"

Her eyes sparkled with joy as she might have found another reading partner. They chitchatted in between classes and enjoying the fun time.

"I remembered I haven't introduced myself yet. I am Yuki. You are Ayane Nao, aren't you?"

"Te he~ you already know my name."

She had made her first friend.
