Fictionverse Project:Dial H for Hero

In an alternate universe of the Fictionverse Project:Fanfiction Universe, there is a universe where only a thing called Dial H is real and the DC Universe's superheroes and super-villains are just fictional characters and exist only in a world called Dial H. Heroverse only and this is the story of a young boy named Max Milton who is chosen to wield a device known as the Dialyzer in order to protect the people from the super-villain who wants to take over the universe, Superboy Prime.
