Lucid dreams aren't real?

Riku Blois is a secretary for her boss and every time she dreams it is very realistic and it seems as if it was true. If she would get a wound in her dreams, she would also get a wound in real life. As she struggles to stop this, her boss helps her. As they plunge into a world full of dreams and meet new friends, they soon realize that not all dreams bring happiness and some dreams can cause something worse than sadness...
