Sometimes, there's nothing better than crashing on your bed and letting the long, hard day bleed out onto your pillow. But there comes a time when that stops being enough.

For Ogden, it was right around the time of the first anime convention to ever grace his podunk neck of the woods. Bouncing between a school life that doesn't stimulate him and a friend group that doesn't appreciate him, he thought that he was going to find salvation in an event designed specifically for the socially disenfranchised. But everything changes when the popular girls from his class all decide to attend the convention together. And so, on the dawn of the opening day, a curious meeting sets into motion at the drop of a shoe. Will he remain just a pigeon on a power line? Or will he seize his one chance to change his life?
