Meet Gavino, a young artist with memories of a life in another world, and Gika, a young woman who excels at math and alchemy but cannot speak the local language. Both of them intend to participate in a number of tests that will select the ‘perfect’ technocratic leaders of their state, who are known as the ‘Uomo Universale’. After meeting each other and deciding to study together, a romance starts to bloom. Can they and their relationship survive the mounting pressure of striving for perfection?
