Those were the words Arata Aragaki's mother left for him before passing, and to his credit, he's done as told for the last ten years. Petrified by the idea of someone uncovering his secrets, Arata hides behind a mask of rigidness and apathy. As fate would have hit, Arata bumps into Myne Mayweather - a girl best described as a human hurricane. She's loud and unapologetic about existing.

By sheer chance, Arata and Myne are forced to cohabitate until next semester. Arata struggles to deal with someone with as much personality as Myne. And it's only a matter of time before she discovers that he can read minds.
