Love Rewind

Toshio loves his wife more than life itself. She is the reason he gets up in the morning and strives everyday to make her happy. Though after losing her, he becomes lost in the darkness. Not sure how to go on in life, seeks one way out. However when he next wakes up he finds himself in an usual predicament; twelve years in the past in another person's body.
Toshio now lives as Aki, a young high schooler from his home town.
Why has he been sent back in time? Why is he in another person's body? How will he feel coming face to face with his wife's past life?
