Jimmy has big dreams of starting a punk rock band. Everything isn't as smooth sailing as he'd hoped though. He's flat broke, his landlord is constantly harassing him about rent, and worst of all: he can't find any bandmates. This doesn't stop him from chasing his dreams, though. He goes out busking to earn some cash and build some street cred, when he meets a girl interested in joining his band. Together, the two of them embark on a journey of self discovery and self expression through their shared love of punk rock music, and maybe even fall in love along the way.
