Kensuke Kaito has moved to Tokyo to start living alone and study at the university of his choice. However, while on the hunt for a place to stay at, he bumps into Komatsu Kyoko, a beautiful girl who is also looking for a place to rent. One thing led to another and as fate would have it, they start living together under the same roof. Thus, begins an incredibly unlikely but sweet relationship between the two.
